Good communication with Host person. Pleasant and clean apartment. Calm and friendly neighbourhood.

The location is very nice, you need about 5 minutes to the beach, and about 10 to get to the center of Fažana on foot The studio apartment is in a quiet side street looking directly at the parking. Comfortable bed Nespresso coffee machine + a selection of tabs

Pet peeves: The noise - the gas lines / plumbing were very loud when one of the neighboring apartments was using the tap water. The fridge was also very loud. One of the chairs was very loose (i. e. If you sat on it, it would have collapsed)

Beautiful apartment very spacious,very well appointed and very clean. The communication was excellent, parking right out the front. Location is a mixed bag from a family point of view. Positives; a restaurant pretty much directly opposite and a big supermarket a two minute walk if that. Negatives depends if you have teenage daughters who don’t want to walk anywhere.In reality the beach and town are about a ten minute walk. Would definitely stay again!

The main road nearby can a bit noisy but then again I’m a light sleeper.

Close to the beach, spacious, 2 bathrooms, AC, modern. Good value for money, would recommend for family beach vacation.

There is a main road nearby, so at night when you open the balcony in the room to get fresh air, traffic gets a bit loud.

Good location (5-8 mins to the beach, big shop even closer), clean apartament. No problem with collecting keys - somebody was already waiting for us. Parking lot had a remote barrier.

There was no tarace or even a small balcony. It was hard to dry your clothes with really tiny laundry dryer hang out on your window. We could use it only if we're inside. We had only one set of towels and one kitchen cloth (not enough for a week of stay), no vacuum cleaner or a mop. If you plan to stay more than few days it might be difficult to keep it clean. Frying pan was old and should be replaced long time ago... Also cooktop was really slow

to less toilet paper, to less dishwasher capsules

Practically everything

The bedroom faces east and is very bright in the morning. Darker curtains like in the other two rooms would help.

The apartment feels modern with a lot of equipment. Both in the kitchen and elsewhere. It is huge with a lot of space for everyone. It is close to both the beach and a grocery store so we could pick up newly baked bread every morning

There are many different keys needed so the keychain was sometimes difficult to bring. We would have liked if there were some lights to make it a bit cozy. It could have a little more personalized feeling. But these are minor things.
