Das Objekt war sauber und einfach, Antonio, der dort lebende Verwalter, genial. Hilfsbereit bis hin zur Abholung per Moped (inklusive Handgepäck) ! Wir haben selten so vitaminreich gelebt, mit frischen Zitronen und Aprikosen im Überfluss. Drei Tage italienisches Leben in italienischem Umfeld, die wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden.

La sistemazione ci è piaciuta molto. L'appartamento è adeguato alle esigenze di una coppia, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e per l'uso dell'angolo cottura. Il tutto in una cornice di silenzio, cura, relax e natura a pochi passi a piedi dalla suggestiva spiaggia di Cava dell'Isola, da quella di Citara e dalle splendide terme di Poseidone. Nella zona di Citara si può trovare un mini market, tabacchi, bar e ristoranti. Ci siamo mossi a piedi per tutto il soggiorno, incluso per una piacevole passeggiata a Forio ad una quindicina di muniti a piedi, ma raggiungibile anche con autobus che passa praticamente sotto casa. L'accoglienza è molto aperta, pronta e discreta, più che soddisfacente la pulizia, bellissimo il patio esterno sul giardino di limoni e vista mare. Torneremo quanto prima

Il complesso di appartamenti è molto curato e tranquillo, il monolocale è stato giusto per le nostre esigenze con una bella vista sul mare. La posizione è comoda per visitare l'isola e con una passeggiata di 10 min si raggiunge il centro di Forio. A pochi passi c'è la spiaggia di cava dell'isola che è tra le spiagge che più ho preferito ad Ischia. Antonio è una persona squisita, sempre disponibile nel fornirci informazioni o aiuti. La consiglio!

Abbiamo trascorso tre bellissimi giorni. Ottima l'accoglienza del simpatico proprietario. Appartamentino pulito e confacente alle nostre esigenze con un ottima posizione. La spiaggia Cava dell'isola si raggiunge a piedi , è una spiaggia libera un po' selvaggia come piace a noi con un'acqua stupenda. Poco lontano la spiaggia di Citara. Bella Forio che si può raggiungere con una bella passegiata. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Alles bestens. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Die abendlichen Unterhaltungsprogramme des benachbarten Hotels waren akustisch nicht immer willkommen, hören aber zum Glück stets um 23 Uhr auf. Zu den Poseidon-Gärten sind es zu Fuß 20 Minuten - den Autobus kann man vergessen.

Super Blick auf das Meer. 5 Minuten zum Strand. 15 Minuten nach Forio, und auf dem Weg eine tolle Bar mit Meerblick. Antonio hatte auch für unser Parkplatznot eine gute Lösung. Ein sehr hilfsbereiter und super netter Vermieter.

Posizione eccezionale, casa molto pulita e accogliente. Consiglio vivamente, Antonio è superdisponibile e sempre presente.

Antonio was a wonderful host and helped make my stay in Ischia wonderful. His property is small and quaint, and perfect for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. Antonio even gave us a lift to the bus station to catch the ferry back to Naples! Thanks, Antonio!

Einfache und zweckmässige Unterkunft, schöner Garten, 5 Gehminuten vom Strand, 15 Minuten zu Fuss nach Forio. Sehr zuvorkommender, freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We spent a week in one of these apartments and had a great time! The apartment is small but clean. The garden is awesome with old lemon trees. Antonio was so nice and helpful. Ischia is a really nice island. You can reach every town easily by bus. Two bus stations are very close to the house. All in all we can recommend spending a holiday at Atonios apartment!

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Urlaub mitten in einem kleinen Paradies-Garten. Das Studio war sehr schön, der Standort ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen zu Fuß nach Forio, zum Strand, ins Hinterland und natürlich für Wanderungen. Wer naturverbunden ist und es individuell mag, ist bei Antonio goldrichtig. Er ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er erfüllt alle Wünsche und kümmert sich rührend um seinen Gast. Ich fühlte mich bei ihm wie daheim. Von Herzen nochmals vielen Dank für alles. Ich komme wieder!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Sie ist 5 Minuten vom Strand und 10 Minten von Forio entfernt. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung, aufs Meer war wunderschön Die Wohnung ist sauber und ist sehr praktisch. Der Vermieter, Antonio war sehr hilfsbereit und all Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Antonio, the house and the island have earned 10 stars. Antonio had already told exactly how to get to his accommodation before the holiday. Arrived in Forio we unfortunately went out at the wrong bus stop but Antonio was so nice and he picked us up and took us directly to his accommodation with his scooter where you have a fantastic view over the sea and the island. The accommodation looks just like the pictures. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. A kitchen with the necessary dishes to cook and a large terrace where you can have breakfast and your dinner with the fantastic view of the sea and the mountain. If you are a yoga freak you can also do your yoga on the terrace. In front of the accommodation is a beautiful garden with olive and lemon trees. Here you have internet where you can sit relaxed with a cup of coffee or if you need a lemon for the food you simply pick one from the trees. In the evening you can listen and enjoy the live Music from a nearby hotel while looking at the stars. Antonios house is just 10 minutes from the beach away. There you can borrow sunshades and buy pizza, drinks etc. Citara Beach is also only 15 minutes away. A motorbike , car or bike rental is just around the corner. To Forio is about 20 minutes walk where you can go shopping or eat in the restaurant or simply stroll through the city. Antio's house is the best place on Forio to relax, to escape from a big city and to go for swimming. He always has a tip where you can go out in the evening or if you need something he always was reachable. The place, the island and Antonio is an insider tip. We will definitely come back ;-) ...

Casa perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza all'insegna del relax e alla ricerca di posti stupendi con panorama e tramonti mozzafiato. Posizione favorevole perché si trova vicinissimo alle più belle spiagge di Forio e non lontano dal centro. I proprietari sono persone squisite. sempre disponibili per qualsiasi informazione. Sicuramente consigliato!

La stanza si trova ben situata, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e non molto lontana dal centro, vicino alla spiaggia di cava e del isola e non lontano da citara e i giardini poseidon. Si trovano ristoranti a pochi passi. La vista e bellissima e la gestione e perfetta. Con una doccia un po piu grande ed il wifi darei cinque stelle.

Das Apartment war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet Wir hatten eine funktionale Küche, mit allem was man zum Kochen benötigt, zwei Gas Herdplatten, genügend Teller und Besteck. Das Bad war auch hell und hatte genügend Platz für zwei Personen. Wir haben auch Hand-/Duschhandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Kurzum, wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Der Ventilator funktionierte einwandfrei, und es war nie zu heiß im Zimmer. Wir hatten nicht nur einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Strand von Citara, sondern auch in 5min Gehweg einen Strand vor unserer Tür. Auch der eigene Garten mit den Zitronenbäumen war wunderschön. Das Apartment ist für jeden geeignet, der nicht auf zu viel Schnick Schnack steht, sondern es gern funktional hat. Wir haben jeden Abend gekocht und den wunderschönen Ausblick genossen. Hinter unserem Apartment war ein Hotel, der Abends gerne auf der Dachterasse Veranstaltungen gefeiert hat. Auch das war sehr amüsant, so hatte man an manchen Tagen ein bisschen italienische Musik im Hintergrund. Unser Vermieter hat sich um alles gekümmert, wenn wir was brauchten konnten wir zu ihm, er war zu uns und auch zu den anderen Gästen immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir danken ihm an dieser Stelle recht herzlich. Im insgesamten würde ich sagen, dass die Lage des Apartments sehr gut liegt, man hat 2 Supermarkets in 400/500 meter Entfernung, auch die Stadt Forio ist zu Fuß nicht allzu weit. Mit dem Scooter oder einem Auto kann man auch schnell zu anderen Ortschaften und Stränden fahren.

Appena tornati da una vacanza con la mia ragazza, ci sentiamo di consigliare senza dubbio questa struttura. Al di là della posizione strategica, troverete la grandissima disponibilità di Antonio e della sua famiglia. Ci ha accolto dopo una brutta esperienza presso altra struttura dalla quale siamo dovuti scappare dopo pochi giorni di permanenza sull'isola. Ogni camera è dotata di angolo cottura con fuochi che funzionano benissimo, agitatore d'aria a 5 velocità, asciugacapelli a parete, tavolo interno ed esterno...insomma, tutto il necessario! Di qualsiasi cosa abbiate bisogno, troverete sempre qualcuno dei proprietari disponibile ad aiutarvi. Si tratta sostanzialmente di una sorta di residence fatto a "L" con una quindicina di appartamenti ad un piano tutti composti grossomodo alla stessa maniera. Da segnalare la pulizia degli ambienti sia interni sia esterni. E la presenza dei suoi bei micetti (mai "invadenti") che aiutano a mantenere pulito il giardino. Ci sentiamo in obbligo di scrivere questa recensione per la bella accoglienza ed il bell'ambiente trovato. Noleggio motorini a 50 metri, se a qualcuno servisse.
