Very big room, very clean room, very nice and big balcony with a wonderful view to the sea, very polite and helpful owner. What else can one ask for? Ah yes! Great wifi and a short walk to the beach!

close to the beach, but the reptile is ugly, full of races. I recommend driving to Sirolo or Porto Sant'Elpidio. Parking available, right on the street. Safe area.

The size of the room is very small, everything can be heard. Every toilet flushes, walking down the hall. We had 2 balconies, one did not contain any back only table. The fridge was unusable, it didn't cool at all. The drink was warm. Mosquitoes everywhere.

The communication with Carlo was superb, very nice! He was also so very kind to send me a forgotten little box with a few earrings back to my addres in the Netherlands, so we could continue our way back home! Very kind!!! Thank you Carlo!

It is good to mention and to know that the town is overcrowded by cars, we drove up to an hour for a parkingplace to have diner in the center not knowing that it is impossible to parc, so we got back hungry to the accomodation. (As it was already late in the meantime, we walked ever since! Good parking by the way at El Sestante!!

Great homemade pies and jams..very helpful family...the beds are very comfortable..the rooms are nice Italian style
