The property is very clean. The property manager lives across the road and was there to greet us when we arrived. If you ever have problems with anything he gives you his cell number and is always available. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Memorial Day vacation with family. Great spot on Toledo Bend for fishing and relaxing with family.

Newer house with all the amenities you need.

The house is very accommodating, clean and comfortable, but it’s the catwalk down to the water and the boathouse that steal the show. We started and ended our days out there. The location is very convenient to groceries and restaurants. You can be as social or isolated as you like. I highly recommend this property.

very nice

the place was very clean. we didn't have to look for anything. the deck in the backyard was great. we used the propane grill and it worked great. boat house was fun part too. caught a few crappie off of the dock and cleaned them in sink on dock. cooked them there too! that's fresh fish. lake level low so we didn't use boat launch, but it's set perfect for access to lake. will gibson grounds keeper, came by twice. really nice fellow.

The property itself was outstanding. Rustic and clean with gorgeous views and nice amenities. Kitchen and dining area were perfect for lots of down home fun to include games, talking, and of course, eating. Plenty of space outside to enjoy…chairs under the porch, another table and chairs further out toward the lake, and then another sitting area out by the lake with a fire pit. The dock area was large and great for sitting by the lake….lots of steps down though. The security system and air conditioning were new and worked perfectly. Only drawbacks we’re some surrounding properties that were not well kept and the roads in to the property were rough. Nothing the owner can do about these and as a former owner of Toledo property pretty typical for the lake. We loved it.

Great customer experience. Super clean and nice! Very updated and comfortable. Too hot for much fishing. Will definitely come back in the fall .

The whole experience was great… the house was clean and ready to enjoy.. The area is very quite, the fish was jumping, they have everything you need inside & outside, 2 outside grills, outside sinks to clean the fish and pans to fry them too. We had a BLAST!!!

We really enjoyed our stay with our adult children. Plenty of room for everyone. Private dock was nice for fishing boat and pontoon boat. We really liked sitting out on the deck during the day and hanging out at the fire pit at night.

Great house for quality family time. Lots of great amenities and the owner was very accessible and accommodating.

We had a family vacation here and plenty of room to stretch out with 4 adults and 4 kids. The home had everything we needed, looked beautiful and well maintained. The lake view and firepit area was amazing as well! Great place to stay!

Clean property with awesome deck!

The weather did not exactly cooperate for fishing but the cabin had everything necessary to have a great time. The back porch made for a great hangout spot and the fire pit area came in handy for the cold nights. The private boat launch, boat lift dock area, and floating dock were awesome.

We stay in February, the weekend the big ice storm came in. Couldn't do much outside but the house was excellent will be booking again for a summer trip
