Everything was outstanding. Breakfast was very good.

Very comfortable beds and quiet room. Amazing sea view from the restaurant. Easy parking and great location.

The hotel is overpriced. This would be fine if the service was at the level of its ambitions. This is not the case. Keys at check-in were thrown at us without any explanation (not even the direction to our rooms). In 3 days, the breakfast was never complete: always something missing (like the croissants 1/2 hour before the end). Stairs are stinking like hell (We had to stop breathing when using them). Bath towels were taken away but not replaced. Social distancing was not consistenly respected. At the restaurant, wines are outrageoulsy expensive.

Self service - good

Hot food was left open so unless you where there when it was put out it was cold - the evening menu was the same every day but offered options based strictly on French style and would have liked to see local dishes added especially, fish courses as this is one of the reasons people travel to Bornholm- we found this a little disappointing
