The Hotel Napoleon is a 5 star property. The staff were lovely and helpful. This was our first time in Paris and it was everything I had hoped it would be. We stayed in the Eiffel Tower suite. What a view! A balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower was absolutely gorgeous. We don't speak French. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect. The room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything and making our stay memorable.

The location was excellent and gave us access to most parts of Paris that we wanted to visit while on our trip. Besides that the hotel was always very clean. Our room was also always clean and the cleaning staff was on time every day. The minibar comes included in the price.

The view you see on the images for the property are a complete lie. You are close to the Arc but you will not be able to get a view from the hotel. The rooms do not have balconies and you would be lucky to get an avenue view. We purposefully booked a 3x more expensive room to get a better view and we got a very terrible one, upon our complaint to the hotel staff we were declined and then later asked to pay more. The room we got was old fashioned, ill-lit and not worth an almost 1000 euro per day price tag. If you are looking for a luxury experience, this hotel is in no way luxury, it is full of history, but not luxury. No spa, no pool, and a bad room can make a statement towards our stay at Hotel Napoleon.

I expected the design above the bed to be more significant and bigger (as we chose the hotel regarding the beautiful beds on the pictures)

No soundproof, can hear noise from next doors. Reception staff don't work after mid night, we had a problem with the room heating machine at 3am (although it was switched off) with loud noise coming out from the machine and no one from reception was there to answer the phone. I had to go down and ask help from whoever was working there (I think security personnel). Rooms are very small, old not worth the price.
