Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings hat sich der Geruch über die ganze 1. Etage verteilt.
Geruchsbelästigung durch das vorberieten des Frühstücks, fehldende Absaugung oder Filter!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstück sehr gut.
Die Lage ist optimal.
Die Matratzen waren zu weich. Und das Bad ist doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Kacheln waren beschädigt, die Duschabtrennung müßte im unteren Bereich mal gründlich gereinigt werden und die Dusche selbst ist total unpraktisch. Man wusste kaum, wie man sich die Haare waschen sollte.

Location is perfect, Perfect for visiting the beautiful city center, zoo or restaurants in the evening. Easy parking.

Balconies to close, if neighbor smoking it all goes in your room. For no smoker it is pretty bad.

The room was spacious and well equipped,with just a few deficiencies.Breakfast was excellent ,and in a pleasant first floor room with a good view..The hotel had a convenient location at rhe the end of the main street,but is not noisy.The bathroom is of a high standard,with a proper basin .There was no bath,but at least the shower had a proper enclosure.
In contrast to the room we had on a previous stay,this one was (104)subject to annoyance from early morning sun - the curtains were unlined, and the switches for external electric blinds were connected to a dangling cable;no blinds were fitted!
The pillows provided are inadequate, and the duvet covers for the twin beds are inadequate in length
and width.

Vast selection for breakfast: eggs scrambled and boiled, sausages, meatballs, vegetable salads, fresh-baked bread, selection of cheese and ham, fruits and yogurts. Good coffee, tea, and juices.
Great view on the Theresienplatz from the dining room.
The staff speaks English (we have only started to learn German) and is super helpful.
Superb location. Good WiFi. Clean rooms.

All was very good.

This was a perfect hotel in the middle of the towncenter of Straubing. Lovely employees, a good and spacious room, a very rich breakfast buffet together with walking-distance to a charming town took us really by surprise! Also good to be able to park our car safe in the parking garage in the lower floor of the hotel! We will be planning a new visit! Thank you!

Perfect location in the city center, excellent breakfast, comfortable room, very clean, very friendly staff. Parking in the garage below the hotel with direct access to the rooms via a lift. Cost of parking :9 € very reasonable.
