Rooms were ok and clean hotel was modern

The lobby area was spacious and comfortable. The pool area likewise. Breakfast seemed ok though I only drink coffee for breakfast. The bar was ok.

There was no food available the first day between breakfast and dinner. The food options for their lunch service in specific times was very limited. There was no room service. The whole food experience was disappointing. For vegetarians and vegans the choice is minimal and frequently you would be hard pressed to find something to eat beyond fruit. I think for this price there should be a proper coffee shop open at least all day and into the evening serving a proper menu that caters to all diets. The Gym was a joke - a tiny room with three machines crammed into it, boiling hot with a poor air-conditioner.

The room though small was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. All the staff were friendly and made the stay a pleasant experience. Only a short walk from the beach and a number of excellent restaurants. Lovely pool area

We are early risers and buffet breakfast did not start until 8.30, at which time the hot food was on the cold side. However there was an excellent choice of foods.

The staff were courteous and attentive, however, I am paying for a four-star level of service, not simply polite staff.

The breakfast service at the hotel was inflexible, with a set time of 8:30 AM. This posed a challenge for me as I had a meeting scheduled for 9:00 AM and wanted to ensure I had time to enjoy breakfast during my stay. Upon requesting an earlier breakfast arrangement, I was informed that the kitchen was closed and unable to accommodate my request. Typically, four-star hotels offer more flexibility in such matters. The sauna (hamam) was only operational between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, which limited its accessibility for guests returning late from business engagements. The Jacuzzi (hot tub) lacked consistent water pressure and was often out of service, particularly after 6:00 PM, except during peak hours. While the hotel offered a takeaway breakfast option, the quality was subpar and did not meet the standards expected of a four-star hotel. The takeaway breakfast provided at checkout was particularly disappointing and did not reflect the quality of the hotel's regular breakfast service. In part, I hold Booking.com accountable for the unsatisfactory services I received, considering the substantial nightly rate of 160 Euros. I express my disappointment in this matter.

Gezellig kleinschalig hotel. Fantastisch zwembad en buffet. Vriendelijke bediening.

Tout était parfait. Accueil, design de l’hôtel, personnel, direction, buffet du petit déjeuner et du dîner. Piscine et tous les équipements. Plus que parfait

Prachtige accomodatie, erg vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en een prachtig zwembad en jacuzzi's, voldoende ligplaatsen. Boven op de dakverdieping nieuw nu ook een lekker vlees restaurant en bar.

De jongedame op de middag aan de receptie had blijkbaar nog nooit van Welcome of Goedendag gehoord. Kende blijkbaar slechts vier woorden " Check-inn ? Three o clock. Dat was het....niet erg boutique
