I like the location and the fact that there is a convenient store across from the hotel.

I didn't like the facilities. They never cleaned the pool during our stay. The room is small, and the AC looks old and dirty. The breakfast doesn't even meet my expectations. If you want to have lunch, you need to choose from the few options. The staff at the dining area in the evening was grumpy and so impolite. They should teach their employees the proper decorum for customer service. We paid a lot, so we deserve the best possible treatment. If I were you, better

Excellent choice of breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to city centre. Comfortable and clean rooms.

A peaceful, if slightly old hotel near the city centre. Comfortable and clean rooms, very good hot showers, strong WiFi, and a very reasonable price. Breakfast buffet is decent. The area immediately around the hotel is a bit grim and dead at night, but not particularly unsafe. The hotel pool is a nice touch but in reality is rarely used due to its small size and central courtyard location.

Breakfast was good rooms bad I had a safe no key all I got was the man is coming to fix it and no water in the hot water tap

The location is very good and in front of the hotel there is a interesting let say ' must visit ' museum about Guarani culture .

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It is well located for the centre of Asuncion and it is easy to catch a taxi (or the cheaper Uber equivalent) to visit other locations. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff very friendly. The breakfast had a good selection and was frequently replenished. The front desk staff were helpful and very accommodating when we could only catch an evening bus.

The pool was pretty murky and not very inviting. The hotel is a little tired (like the rest of Asuncion!) but they make every effort it keep it spotlessly clean. The coffee at breakfast could be better!

had a lovely family room for 4 people. Beds were comfortable and pool was lovely. Breakfast was extensive

Breakfast was great, but dinner buffet was extremely poor.

NO WIFI for the first 3 days and No external Phone line, you couldn't make any calls.

Not recommended a lot of noise from people that even was screaming very early in the morning.. .

The waiters in the restaurant put dirty dishes on the table it was not cleaned properly and they got irritates when i say them... In the main entry very kind people but when i paid for the lodging i was surprised that the price was different than my reservation says...they are not serious I'm sorry it is not recommended at all and never mind if you come from Europe with your families....
