Facilities / cleanliness / tack of good soundproofing between apartments

Great location, very close to a picturesque beach and coastal walk on a really pretty coastline.

Strong smell of sewerage in the bathroom on arrival. Not taken very seriously by reception staff. Maybe more armchairs needed for comfort and a chair or two on the balcony to enjoy the views.

Excellent location, amazing views right by the cliffs. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Sleeping there was a pleasure, as no noise whatsoever and when opening the windows you could have a calm background noise from the sea. Liencres area is a hidden-gem for foreigners at the moment, (as most of Cantabria Region...), but definitely worth the visit when you're looking for a really quality tourism time.

Smell of the pipes was a bit too strong, reason given is that the tides apparently affect that... but I am sure that owners could find a way to solve this moving forward. Besides that, the rooms could do with a bit more 'cosy' furniture and lighting fixtures. Also a bigger TV would be appreciated.
