Air conditioner started spewing out water in the night and flooded our bags on the floor

2 weeks before our arrival I received an e-mail that said our room would be a room with 2 single beds connected and a small balcony. Thinking it was a standard confirmation message,  I even forgot about it. When we arrived, they gave us a room that smelled of mold, had a very small shower that a slightly bigger person could not even get in, had not a small but a tiny balcony that was also dirty.  We asked for explanation as the room was nothing like on the pictures. Pictures that should feature the room that I paid for. Despoina, (who we found out later is the owner) said that we were informed by e-mail and if we did not like it, we could leave. I attach the pictures of the room as you will not be able to find it on booking. So when you book and see the photos of the room watch out, it might be very different from the reality! Otherwise the hotel is in a good position,right on the beach.

Exceptional. Gorgeous family run hotel. Right on the beach in a lovely part of Paros. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Super clean and beautifully decorated

Everything there made our vocation unforgettable, hosts were very friendly and helpful, hospitality is of great value there not to mention an astonishing location of the hotel. The food that is served in the restaurant of the hotel is another great value of it. And the room was very cosy, clean and convenient. Overall we absolutely recommend it for everyone!

The staff are very considerate and attentive they listened to us and helped us when there was anything. The area is really quite and beautiful but you will need some kind of vehicle to explore the area.

great family run vibe with great beach and excellent local restaurants

The Fisilanis fits your needs if you are looking for a quiet location with a nice view. The staff is very helpful and does its best to answer all your questions. We manage to get a room upstairs, with natural light and balcony. The food on the menu is good. You can pay a bit more to get the tasty fish of the day of a delicious piece of fresh octopus, it is worth it.

the hotel is directly on the beach. Unfortunately, the water came high and covered the area before the restaurant, there was no place left for sunbeds. Wifi was strong enough but erratic.
