The house was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our weekend. Easy ride over to Sunday River.

It was the perfect rental for my friends and I. The house is the perfect distance from the ski resort and even has views of the trails in the distance. It has a right at home feel that makes you think you've been there before. Absolutely would recommend.

This is a warm, cozy house that had everything we needed. It is about a 10-15 min drive to Sunday River, in a very quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and there was a great trail behind the house along the river. Would definitely stay here again.

What an absolute gem this property turned out to be. Extremely quiet, which was quite the luxury for us New Yorkers. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped. Comfort pours over every surface of the living space, especially when you get the furnace burning. And don’t even get me started on the amazing hot tub. We found so many enjoyable shops and sights nearby, but let’s be honest, I could have stayed in the cottage the entire time. Thank you Mark for sharing this wonderful space.

This was the perfect home for our girls' weekend. Spacious, well equipped an private. The hot tub was a huge plus too! We would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Our stay was perfect. It was exactly what we needed, some R&R. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time. The trails behind the property were perfect for a morning stroll, the neighborhood was really quiet and made us feel like we were the only ones around. Getting into town was only about 10-15 minutes away where we found some great little spots for food, shopping and groceries. I would definitely come back and hope to again soon!

Had a great ski weekend with friends at Sunday river, would definitely come back again. Unfortunately had some small problems with the hot tub but Mark was very responsive and had someone out there the same day when I notified him of the issue. The house and property were great and the dogs loved running around in the snow. Will definitely be back!

Two families merged upon the orchard and enjoyed family games in the evening and skiing during the day. The hot tub was fabulous too. Very responsive to our questions. We will return.

The aesthetic of this home was very welcoming and cute! There was plenty of room for my friends and I to lounge around and relax after a day trip at Sunday River. The hot tub was a nice bonus and additional to the house. Parking is really easy and the area itself allows for good privacy. Only con was that the stove/oven had an intial very bad, overwhelming gas smell when we first turned it on, had to open all the windows for a bit, but would recommend to anyone!

The property is easy to find and easy to get to Sunday River. We had two families of four staying in this house and our first impression of the house when we walked in side was how clean and inviting the house was. Lots of space for both families to spread out and have room during our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items needed to cook meals easily. The dining room table was large enough for all 8 of us to fit at the table and eat together which was great! The hot tub was an awesome bonus that was such a treat for us to enjoy overlooking the snow covered yard. A very quiet and serene setting and just had that homey touch that made us want to stay longer! We loved everything about our stay and look forward to coming back again next year! A beautiful home!
