تعامل الموظفين غير احترافي، حيث وصلت في أول وتم اعطائي غرفة ذات رائحة عفنة وعندما اخبرتهم بذلك، قالوا إن هذا بسبب طلاء الغرفة الجديد، وتم اعطائي غرفة فئة أعلا لعدم توفر غرفة من ذات الفئة التي حجزتها، ولكن طلبوا مني تبديل الغرفة في اليوم التالي لإكمال باقي أيام الإقامة في غرفة أخرى من ذات الفئة السابقة، وأنا انزعجت جدا من ذلك حيث أني مرتبط في اليوم التالي برحلة بحرية لمدة 9 ساعات ولن أكون متواجد في الفندق لكي أفرغ الغرفة من الحقائب وانتقل إلى غرفة أخرى ولقد استغرق مني وقت وجهد بالحديث معهم إلى أن وصلت معهم لحل يرضي الطريفين وهو أن انتقل إلى الغرفة الأخرى من صباح اليوم التالي، وهذا أثر على راحتي واستقراري خلال فترة الإقامة.

Perfect for one night stay. Great location, right in the middle of everything. 15/20 minute walk to Patong beach. Friendly staff on check in- she was very helpful and organised transport for us that was much cheaper than booking online.
The sheets and pillows had stains on them. There were tiny ants around the minibar and in the coffee cups.
The breakfast was not great.

It is clean and the staff is nice and helpful. When we were checking out the guy ( I think he is the owner but not sure) he was kind to offer us to keep our baggage ( we had to wait like 4 more hours before going to airport) he also offered us to take shower and clean towels in case we need it. Was very nice of him.
Overall location is good, next to banzaan Market. But slightly further away from the beach.
Everything was good. But I think it is rather a service apartment not a hotel. But definitely, value for the price, clean and people are nice. If you r going for a long period to phuket it is a good choice.

Clean rooms. Top notch maid staff-fresh towels everyday…including big beach towels (for beaches/tours). Attentive and courteous staff. Walking distance to Bangla Road and the Mall/Big C. Hot water might take a few minutes during evening hours, but always got hot. Bum gun and scrungie to help drain shower floor came in handy. AC gets cool quickly. Tour guide/taxi booker on premises is 5 star.
Took a few days to fix the cc machine, but Jarek got it working. No breakfast option…due to staff shortage in Phuket.

had some issues with the wifi in my room . barely working in some part and not at all in others,
