We had a wonderful stay at Las Chapas. Duncan’s communication was excellent before and throughout our stay. The villa was just beautiful and in a perfect location . Duncan had arranged for an excellent welcome pack to be waiting for us which was much appreciated. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Ein tolles Haus in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend. Besonders toll waren die frischen Kräuter die direkt neben dem Frühstückstisch am Pool wachsen und der Blick auf das Meer von der Dachterrasse. Vielen Dank an Duncan und Dita auch für die Lebensmittel, die schon zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank standen. Sogar eine Flasche Sekt und ein persönlicher Brief waren dabei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

An absolute gem which we highly recommend. We've holidayed in the area for over 30 years, and this villa ticked every box. It's in a great location, with a beautiful garden and gorgeous trees that offer natural shade. The villa is truly a family home from home, and we can't wait to return. As group of 5 people we stayed at the villa at the beginning of the 2021 holiday seazon and truly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owners was superb easy and fast.We have received all instructions for check-in, keys pick up and check-out timely. With regard to the house itself- it has 4 bedrooms and could accommodate 8 people easily. The house is very well equipped with a barbecue at a patio. And the garden is just astonishing,with old trees, palms and the swimming pool. Recommend to rent a car to get to a nicer beaches like the one in Fuengirola (app.20 mim driving) and explore beautiful Andalusia.

It was a lovely villa in a great location for our family holiday. The kids loved the pool, plenty of space for everyone and the veranda was perfect for outdoor family lunches and dinners.

Villa 25 nestles in an area of quiet, secure, and secluded villas. We were a group of four adults, and stayed there for three weeks in March 2020. It’s a charming four bedroom 2 story villa, with four bedrooms (master bedroom ensuite) , 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, an open plan living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen.There’s also a small utility room with an extra fridge/freezer, and clothes washing and drying machines. Upstairs there are two outdoor terraces and a room with a large screen TV that’s connected to the internet. There’s fast wifi available in almost every room. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with mature cork and pine trees. Citrus trees add a fragrance to the garden in spring. There’s a swimming pool and plenty of shade or sun. There’s also parking for one large car or two small ones. The nearest shop is within walking distance, as is the long sandy beach that runs up the coast towards Cabo Pino on one side and towards Marbella on the other. The property was recently renovated, and the new bathrooms with plenty of hot and cold running water, are modern and tastefully designed. The villa is comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. Surrounded by hedges, the garden is private, peaceful, and not overlooked. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs within a short driving distance, and of course excellent chiringuitos on the beachfront. When the owners are away the property is run by a service company, and if any problems arise they are quick to address them. We were four adults, and each of us has nothing but praise for the property and it’s owners. Duncan and Ditas are among the most gracious hosts we’ve had the good fortune to meet, and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. On arrival we found snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine to greet us, and folders with all the information we could possible need concerning the property. We’ve absolutely nothing to complain about and lots to praise. We highly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a special holiday home that echos the warmth of the family that grew up spending time in this wonderful hideaway. This is a great villa. It's in a nice, quiet, secluded location but is within walking distance of good restaurants and the beach. The pool is a good size and the terraces provided great places to catch the sun during the day and star gaze at night. Everything you need is in the villa and everything worked without issue. There is a shop within walking distance for the essentials and lower cost options just a short drive away. A local security team were always around and it felt very safe, even walking back to the villa at night. Communication with Duncan was perfect and the check in process really easy. There was a nice food package left for us when we arrived which was very welcome. I cannot offer any negatives on the villa and we will be looking to return.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful villa. Everything was just perfect. The check in process was so easy. We were given perfect direction by Duncan on how to obtain the keys and find the property. We had a memorable time with the family. I would love to visit again and definitely rent this villa. The area is just a dream, so peaceful and a real place to chill and unwind. The house was fabulous, the swimming pool was totally enjoyed by everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and a great size for 3 adults and 3 children. The owner was really helpful before and throughout the holiday. We would highly recommend the property. Close to grest restaurants, shops and a lovely beach too.

We stayed for11 days in the villa and had a perfect easter holiday. The house is very big and ideal for families. There is also a big garden with old trees and a tended pool. Perfect for playing ball etc. Our kids loved to play there. The house is near to the beach and can be reached by foot. We are planing to come back next year with our kids.

Lieu idéal 35 min de l’aéroport et à peine 15 min de marbella !! Maison magnifique avec vue sur la mer de la grande terrasse extérieure à l’étage ! Grande piscine entretenue 2fois par semaine!! La maison est très propre et très bien équipée ! Le cadre de vie est idéal : résidence surveillée piscine Grand jardin ... les chambres sont assez grandes et disposent de leur propre climatisation !! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Las Chapas !! C’était top Seul bémol : les mouches assez omniprésentes dans le jardin mais aucune explication sur ce phénomène 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ Merci encore aux hôtes de nous avoir permis de passer de superbes vacances à Marbella

The villa has a great location. Marbella, Fuengirola and Puoero Banus are all just a short drives away. The neigbourhood is very well kept and feels safe with security patrolling at all hours. The house itself is spacious and with a beautiful garden and pool. We travelled as a group of 21-23 yo. friends, but it would be really nice for a family vacation aswell. The communication with the owners worked great both regarding the booking and during our time in Spain. Highly recommended!

Great, convenient location, with easy access to the main Highway; beautiful, well laid out and equipped property with very private, charming large garden, pool and terrace, making a great base for exploring the Costa del Sol and Andalucía.

Had a wonderful time, it was everything we needed and wanted. Pool was fab, provided us with lots of fun. Highly recommended :-)

What a lovely garden with beautiful trees, private and well kept. Plenty of sunbeds for all guests and outside roof terraces a nice feature. Good to have off street parking and a well stocked shop close by

A gorgeous, spacious villa only a short walk from the beach. I had a wonderful stay last summer and would highly recommend this property. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean with plenty of space to relax both inside and out. The garden has a good sized pool and the terrace is perfect for long summer evenings dining with friends and family. Wonderfully relaxing and a great location.

A beautiful spacious family house with peaceful shady garden and pool,suitable for most ages. Open kitchen area with a breakfast bar into the sitting room with alcove for dining. Above this area is a separate relaxation area/ lounge where you can retreat to for some space of your own, read or have use of the television. This leads to sun terraces with lovely views towards the sea in one direction and the mountains from the other. The house was well maintained and clean. Plenty of space in the 4 bedrooms for holiday items in wardrobes and drawers. Lovely to have an en suite bathroom for the master bedroom and another bathroom for all the extra family members, plus a separate w.c. If needed, there is a well equipped utility room next to the kitchen. The house has a real feel of a family house and has all the comforts of home. The house stays pleasantly cool inside and air conditioning is there if needed. A family of four and grandparents could happily stay in this property, or a family with more children. Equally, it would suit couples/friends. A short walk from the property is a well stocked convenience store that has all you need but quite expensive. The nearest beach area is within walking distance, depending on age and ability of individuals. There are also local restaurants that you can try. Many leaflets and suggestions are left for visitors to look through, at the property. Having a car was very useful. The property is close to an access point for the main coast road. Within easy reach are much bigger supermarkets and about 15/20 minute drive to Marbella for shops and restaurants. If you want to do a bit of exploring, we travelled to Rhonda aprox 2 hrs(quite a dusty, winding road over the mountains), and Seville aprox 3hrs (very hot in summer!), both worth a vist. Some of the little villages along the coast are worth looking up. For youngsters there are some aqua parks not too far away but we did not go to these. Our family which had 3 late teen and early 20's in it were happy with the space, the pool, chilling, visiting cities and sights and the variety of choice that the area has to offer.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa, it peaceful gardens are a treat. The location is great as it is so close the Elviria where there are excellent beaches and some of the best restaurants around. The local management company Casa Care were most helpful as well.
