Alles wunderbar! Tolle ruhige Lage im Grünen, super mit dem Hund, Meer ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, sehr freundlicher Empfang, alles gut erklärt, schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, leckeres Frühstück…alles was das Herz begehrt, vielen Dank!!!

it is like living with a local family except you don’t need to do any work :) Just enjoying the fantastic breakfast and the conversation with super helpful and kind Ilaria and Ludovico.

Cosy family apartments. Hosts were very nice and open to tell what beach to choose or were to go and what to see. Breakfast is very good. Host was so kind to offer by herself special food for our son due to his allergies. Usually we take smth by ourselves.

The breakfast was awesome. The hosts made fresh cakes and sandwiches almost every day. They also provided freshly squeezed fruit juice every morning. The room was spatious and clean. The hosts were kind and spoke English very well. Note that the place is close to the highway and downtown fano, but noise pollution from these is very little, you really feel as if in the countryside.

The place was very nice, so little to dislike. But if I had to name something I think the yard could be a little more landscaped and tidied up. There were a lot of kids toys lying around outside, which on the other hand made the place feel homely.

This house is amazing you can really feel the soul of owners. They love music, good food and people. Defiantly will come back one day!

Beautiful country house surrounded by large grounds. Lots of opportunities for kids to play (football, treehouse, swings etc) and for long walks with our dog. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely cooled by airco. The bathroom is also great. Everyday someone cleanes/straightens the room. The hosts are more than kind. What a warm and very helpful family! We and our kids had a great stay for 4 days. Everyday there’s a tasteful, fresh and extensive breakfast to enjoy. After that we went to one of the beaches nearby every day (also a great dog beach at 5 min drive). The centre of Fano is pretty and lively. 100% recommendation from us! We hope to come back one day :)

Fantastic breakfast wish homemade cakes, freshly squeezed juice and tasty coffee! The garden was a paradise for our little son with all kind of toys available. The owners are very friendly and open-minded people!
