The one bedroom apartment was perfect. modern decoration and all the facilities you would need. Really good location, one road back from the port area in a historic part o the town. The staff and cleaners were really lovely and helpful. The breakfast is at a small bar 20m down the road and the staff there are also really friendly. There is a really nice roof terrace if you wanted to have some evening drinks.

Location and high quality.

The location is great - very close to the beach and the center. The whole area is very clean, quite and beautiful. The stuff itself was very helpful - the girl at the reception hold a parking place for us, helped with the luggage and gave us also very good recommendations for restaurants. The room was good - new, modern furniture, good coffee machine.

The room was a bit smaller for us. We were 2 adults and 2 children (12 and 4) and it was not so convenient. I slept with the kids on the big bed but the bed was not that big so that we all could feel comfortable. The extra bed was too hard and there were no frames around so even the pillow was falling down. It is a good accomodation and I would return there. I would only suggest this room doesn't show up in the search results for 4 people, but maximum up to 3 (2 adults + 1 child that can sleep on a separate bed without falling)

Location. Looking out on the balcony day and night and see the activity. Fabulous manager. Could not do enough to help.

As in all the cities we visited, parking is a bit of confusion. Our manager has a local parking lot we used. The driver to the parking lot is a man with many other people to accommodate. We had "on time" delays. Yet, I understand the dilemma with traffic and other people before us.

the rooms were beautiful convenient that every room had private bathroom. Francesca was amazing was always available when we needed her.

the air conditioning system was very poor, the wifi connection was very poor, parking and transportation service was another issue.

Great room, modern design, very clean and spacious. Perfect location right in the center of Trani, close to the harbour, restaurants, ... Tasty breakfast on the roof top spot.
