Absolutely breathtaking property and location. Beautiful modern house with plenty of space. We got extremely lucky with the weather and we’re able to make use of the pool in May. Already planning our trip back!

Wir haben im September 2021 zwei Wochen in diesem wirklich schönen Strandhaus verbracht. Hervorzuheben ist die ungestörte Alleinlage einhergehend mit einer selten zu findenden ungestörten Privatsphäre. Badebucht in 2 Minuten fußläufiger Entfernung, schöner Swimmingpool und eine grandiose Dachterrasse. Ausstattung des Hauses ist als zweckmäßig zu bewerten (wir haben jedoch nahezu keine Zeit im Haus verbracht, da das Gartengrundstück und der Poolbereich von uns maßgeblich frequentiert wurden). Wohlfühlatmosphäre par excellence, solange der Wind nicht aus Richtung der ca. 500 m entfernten Autobahntrasse wehte. Auch dann besteht nicht wirklich eine Lärmbelästigung jedoch stören Verkehrsgeräusche die perfekte Idylle. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Die Vermieterin, Mireia, war mit Rat und Tat bei allen Fragen und Tipps innerhalb kürzester Zeit zur Stelle. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Haus.

La location est belle le point fort c’est: Piscine,L’absence de Vis à vis et L’agent qui gère la location qui est très présente et aide beaucoup. Les points faibles: Le grille pain (j’en garde encore des traces) Les plages Les restaurant du coin ne livrent pas, souvent complet (même s’il y a de la place) donc comme pour moi les vacances inclus ne pas faire à manger c’était galère. Du coup nous partions à Salou pour la journée et ne rentrions que le soir.

La casa muy bien decorada todo fácil y muy bien distribuido, solo a mejorar la cama de matrimonio a mi me gustan mas grandes. Entorno precioso ,limpio, silencioso,tranquilo y seguro a pie de la playa 200m

Maison fonctionnelle et propre, très agréable à vivre. On s'y sent très vite à l'aise. Wifi excellent. Belle piscine et jardin bien entretenu. La propriété est calme et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Un grand merci à Mireia pour toutes ses suggestions, sa réactivité et ses attentions. Ce fut un réel plaisir et nous recommandons cette villa très attachante.

We travel a lot and rent a lot of places. This is by far the best place we have ever rented. I cannot say enough good things about it, and the pictures are not even a little bit misleading like many vacation rentals show. Mireia is a very responsive host and also gave us many good suggestions. We did pretty much everything she suggested! We were able to disconnect and truly enjoy ourselves with the choice of being just to ourselves or at the beach - which was not crowded at all. We had everything we needed at the house and with the market, groceries and other businesses about a 7 minute drive away. Our only regret is that we did not rent it for longer. (We were there for 2 weeks). We were sad to leave and will definitely repeat!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist super schön und da wir mit einem Kleinkind dort waren, haben wir auch den Pool und den grossen Garten sehr geschätzt. Auch die Nähe zum Strand und den verschiedenen Buchten war für uns perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

We have just spent 2 wonderful weeks at The Beachouse, and count ourselves as lucky to have found it! We truly felt as though we had 'gotten away from it all'. As a family of 3 adults, we definitely didn't take full advantage of all the thoughtful extras included with the house. (Bikes, trampoline, etc). We DID languish beside the pool, find one of the many nooks for afternoon siestas, cook (appreciated the Catalan cookery book provided), barbecue, walk down to the closest cove for a daily swim & enjoy the town. The WiFi was excellent. The manager's recommendation of where to shop for groceries, eat out, activities, etc was thoughtful and much appreciated. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Highly recommend this villa.

Gorgeous interior and exterior design, plenty of space to relax with an amazing pool, sun loungers etc etc! Also we loved having access to the various beaches at the end of the garden! what a treat! Nous avons séjourné dans la Beach House du 20 au 27 juillet 2019. Un vrai petit paradis! La maison est superbe, propre, accueillante, bien décorée et fonctionnelle (tout y est: machine à laver, casques vélos, produits d'entretien, lave vaisselle, draps, serviettes, chaises de plage, etc...). Maison au calme, conforme aux photos et à la description. On voit même la mer de la fenêtre lorsqu'on prend sa douche :) Mireira est une super hôte, aux petits soins des occupants. Nous avons surtout profité de la piscine qui est chauffée, donc on peut rentrer dedans très facilement de jour comme de nuit. Il y a une plage juste à côté ou la mer est très jolie mais elle a des petits cailloux donc prévoyez des sandales, et une autre plage à 5 min à pieds ou il y a du sable mais nous avons trouvé la mer moins jolie (algues). En résumé, que du positif! Allez y sans hésitez!

This beach house is really a home away from home. We were a party of 5 adults and were able to spread out and have our own space. The pool was a Bonus because we all enjoyed it. The Train station was so close we did a day trip to Tarragona which was amazing!!! I highly recommend going there!!! The only down side is you need to buy everything you need to prepare your meals because there is no basics such as salt, pepper, oil etc. no paper towels or napkins very little T.P. and hand soap. So be prepared to go to the Super Mercado before you go to the Beach House. There is Ocean Views from the Roof top of the Beach house and the Beach is walking distance from the house. Great Restaurant Recommendations although we ate most our meals at the Beach House:) Loved IT~~~~ Chin Chin

We loved our stay at The Beachouse. We were actually pissed we had only booked 1 week because it was the PERFECT place to unwind with our 4 month old baby. You're a little bit off the beaten path and it's great to feel part of the daily local in Ametlla Del Mar (were you can namely buy freshly caught tuna). The living spaces are great for spending a relaxing day by the pool and cook a great diner at night. There's also a great little beach about 5 minutes away (Cala Xelin). We would consider coming back at The Beachouse for sure. Thank you Mireia!

Très belles vacances dans cette maison tout confort. Service parfait et propriétaire très prévenante. Vélos, piscine, babyfoot, barbecue dans une belle propriété privée, au milieu des oliviers, avec une annexe indépendante fort appréciable. A quelques mètres de petites criques prsque privatives. Nous avons passé de belles vacances et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house is really well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen down to board games and beach games. There is plenty of space inside to relax as the living area is divided into two which suited our teeenagechildren. The outside area is delightful and we made good use of the barbecue area, pool and sunbathing terrace. The owner was really helpful and responded to our messages really quickly. We found plenty of pretty beaches nearby and took a day trip to Barcelona on the train as the station is only a few minutes drive away from the house with free parking. We will definitely look at returning in the future.

House is well equipped with everything one might need during the stay to feel at home. Only one small negative comment that not all rooms upstairs are equipped with conditioners.

Huset går i perfekt forbindelse med sine omgivelser, og det overgik vores forventninger ift. Afstand til strand og by. Det var skønt med grill på terrassen, ild i pejsen om aftenen og lyden af havet når man står op. Poolen er uovertruffen hvad angår renlighed og funktionalitet (dog skal man være opmærksom på at poolrenserne kommer uanmeldt og tjekker pH og klor mv. ;). Den var perfekt når man var træt af stranden eller lyst til en morgensvømmer. All in all The most amazing Way to discover how life in Spain is, the house is nothing short of perfection and its hosts kind, serviceminded and attentive.

We had a wonderful time here during October half term 2016. The house has recently been built or refurbished and everything feels new and fresh. It's also nice and clean. The pool is great although the water was cold this time of year! The house is a 3 minute walk to the beach. It is a pebble beach but safe for children (despite some nudists who kept themselves themselves). There are sandy beaches slightly longer walks away. The house also has 5 bikes of various sizes which we used to cycle into town and to the local pizzaria which is a great little restaurant. Mireia is an excellent host and responds very quickly to communication. The internet stopped working due to a power cut and a technician arrived the following day to fix it. There are a few downsides. The ground floor is on multiple levels and is hard floor and there is no Bannister at all on the stairs which is dangerous for children. There is no book of essentials so when you arrive you don't know where anything is. It took us 2 days to find the washing machine in a small cupboard outside! We had no idea where the local shops were etc. There are no provisions whatsoever. Not even salt or cooking oil. You need to bring absolutely everything with you. All that being said you will have a great time here and it is definitely recommended.

We had planned to go and do all sorts of things but the house was so lovely, the pool so large and being there so peaceful, that we spent almost all our time chilling at the Beach House. And plenty of choice where to chill - in the air conditioned house, on the sun loungers by the pool, in the hammock in the shade or on the roof terrace looking at views of the mountain. It’s only a couple of minutes walk to Xelin beach, (lovely in the moonlight), but follow the path to the right of the gates to Cala Nova and a couple of minutes more take you to the lovely soft sandy beach of Estany Tort Beach, with clear seas and good safe snorkelling. Tuna Tour in L'Amettla de Mar is worth a trip - if of course you can drag yourself away from this lovely property.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The layout was great and the views from the middle and upper terraces were spectacular. The pool was larger than expected, and with the beach only 2 minutes walk from the villa , this was a most idyllic setting, and very much enjoyed the uber modern accommodation juxtaposed against its rural/rustic environs. A most beautiful and enjoyable experience, and will return again myself. I very highly recommend this holiday villa experience.
