The house itself is lovely. It’s a very large property with plenty of space for everyone. The house is very well presented with everything you need. The communal areas are very well kept and the pool looks lovely however it was freezing & could do with pool heating. The roof top hot tub was a lovely touch. The house would benefit for a few paper bins and defiantly bathroom bins. It would also benefit from bedside tables in bedroom 2 & 3. The only problem (which was a big problem) were the neighbours 2 dogs who are left out side all night and bark constantly. In addition we couldn’t use the back terrace due to the smell from the dogs. It is a real shame as if it wasn’t for that I would defiantly book again. The property managers are lovely and have tried all they can to sort it out but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. If the dogs move out I would defiantly book again. In addition I would defiantly use Lupain who own the property to book other trips or maybe a long time stay 😜

Our stay was wonderful. The villa was lovely .the location was near to everything.the only downside was the pool was so cold so couldn't use it .but it didn't take away the wonderful time we had .

The appartement was super, nice and quiet, spacial and super clean. It was big with room enough for families. It was cool without aircondition (nice without the noise from the air conditioner). The view was great and the neighborhood was great but only a few restaurants. The supermarket was close with good quality food. We had a lovely time here with only a few suggestions for improvement like slat and peber, soap for dish washing and wipe up clothes should be standard inventory for renting out a flat like toilet paper, towels and tea towels. The singlebeds, though could use a replacement and there was no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. Great with more than one bathroom.

We all had a fabulous week staying in this gorgeous town house as a party of 4. We all said this was the best property we had stayed in as it literally had everything we needed. The house itself is very spacious, clean and decorated well. Comfy beds and sofas. We loved both the front and back terraces and spent plenty of time on both!! It was great to have the lovely comfortable chairs and sofas to lounge on from early morning to late in the evening. There is also a roof top terrace which housed a lovely jacuzzi and a couple of sun beds. Another bonus was the TV which had all the English channels. This was important for the World Cup and Love Island ha ha. The complex was really quiet whilst we were there (which was lovely) and a lot of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The only downside was the pool had no sun beds. Location wise it was great. Literally 5 mins walk to a large supermarket which enabled us to stock up on all the essentials. Also there were plenty of bars and restaurants within the 5 mins. To get to the seafront was around 20 mins (down hill going but easy to get a taxi back) prices to eat and drink out were really reasonable and we would recommend the Olive Tree which is located just above the super market. We did have a couple of issues which were resolved really quickly by the lovely owner Joyce. Nothing was any trouble for her (thank you Joyce) The only thing that would have been handy is a list of recommendations for bars and restaurants, taxis etc. In summary though BOOK THIS HOUSE, you can’t go wrong x

House was great plenty of space and really clean we thourouly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. We also really appreciated the welcome pack. Thanks Carol Anme

We have just returned from Tenerife and townhouse was fantastic, the owner could not do more for us, she came and fixed the t.v.channels, the safe when the batteries when done and also when the alarm went off accidentially she dealt with these things immediately. The townhouse is in an an excellent situation and very quiet. The bus station is not far either. We do hope to return some day.

This was the first time using HomeAway and I found the whole process easy and would have no hesitation using them again. The house was very clean and the location was good - far enough away from the main part of the resort but everything was quite convenient. You could walk to the nearest beach in 10/15 minutes and to the port area in 15/20 minutes. The living space was very good and the outside patios to the front and rear were lovely. The only downside for us was the the size of the double room which really was on the small side and it needs heavier curtains to block out the light. The showers were decent although the bath was on the small side but wasn't an issue for us. The swimming pool was too cold for us and unfortunately the weather was a bit mixed which didn't help. The TV was a bit temperamental and froze on a couple of occasions but was sorted for us. I think the house would benefit from having some information/maps, restaurant recommendations, and perhaps some cards or board games for when the weather is poor. The nearest supermarket was about 5 minutes walk and stocked almost everything you need. There are several restaurants and bars within 5/10 minutes walk including our favourite restaurant - Locanda Italiana - where we ate on 3 nights and would highly recommend a visit. The main bus station is nearby and we used the service to get to La Caleta which really is well worth a visit. It's only about 8/9miles - about 30 minutes on the bus which cost 1.50e each way.

We had a very enjoyable stay in October 17. There were 4 adults and 2 children under three. The townhouse was spotlessly clean and well equipped, with seating at the front and rear which lets you choose to be in the sun or not. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage, there was plenty of hot water and the washing machine came in very handy. The pool is unheated but was a pleasant temperature once you're in. The Dialprix supermarket is 2 minutes down the hill, lots a of restaurants round about and 10 minutes to the beach. Jeff and Sonya were very helpful and accommodating on arrival and departure. The welcome pack was bigger than normal. A most enjoyable week!
