Friendly staff and surprisingly good rooms. On the site of a hospital and a patient's were being rehabilitated here. Reasonable value for money.

Incredibly convenient to stay next to hospital. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast.

The hotel is a hotel connected to the hospital and patients stay here. I didnt know this and might have chosen a different hotel if I had known. Having that said, the hotel was great. I came much earlier than the check in time and the staff gave me a room before hours before check in with no extra charge. Having been out camping for a week and travelled for 24 hrs straight. This was heaven!

ALl in all reat, but should know its connected to a hospital.

It's a relatively comfortable hotel, parking was sufficient as you are invited to use the nearby Hospital parking (with permit paper from reception). It's a modern, clean and light hotel

We were not aware that this is actually a care hotel. So the primary function is to sleep patients (and their family) undergoing treatment but not requiring a Hospital Room. While we feel it's absolutely OK to mix that, the Hotel has a very basic room layout, no luxurious colors and materials, everything is (and smells) very Hospital like. If you invite travelers (business of pleasure) I think you need to dress up your rooms more like a normal 3 star hotel, considering the prices asked. Also I feel the patients deserve a warm bath, home away from home. This can be achieved, with a little more attention to design and dressing up of the rooms.

Comfortable and good value for money

There was a long delay checking in because of someone having a problem. The guy on check-in was rather stressed.

Warm staff, large clean comfortable rooms, close to the centre and the port, provision for pack breakfast for early ferry departures, free parking after 18.00

The receptionist was really sweet. Hotel prepared take away breakfast for me since I had to leave at 5.30am

quiet, well located, exceptionally helpful staff

The location was a little walk from the train station and town centre but very close to the hospital. The room was quite large and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The breakfast was good.
