Property was clean, close to beach access and restaurants /shops were easily accessible even within walking distance. We really like it also because we were able to bring our little Westie with us although he did missed not seeing any squirrels to chase.

The condo was spacious and had a lot to offer. Pretty close to the beach and we were happy we could take our puppy. The condo owner was easy to work with and communicated very well.

My family enjoyed our stay at Linda’s condo. She is a very responsive owner and we got lucky with being able to check in at 2pm (instead of 4pm) because the cleaners had finished earlier. The property was very clean and convenient to nearby attractions including the beach, restaurants, wright brothers monument, and jockey ridge. Bodie lighthouse was about a 20 minute drive and my kids loved the H2OBX water park located about 30 minutes away. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and never crowded. Beds were comfy and two of the rooms had king beds. Condo conveniently had 6 beach chairs and two beach carts, plus camp chairs. One suggestion would be to include an umbrella for future guests. We stayed during July 4th week so we got to see both Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head fireworks because the beach near the condo is located between both piers.

The listing is very accurate! Host communication was above and beyond, she's thought of everything. Our family was very happy with the spacious condo, lovely decor and sleeping arrangements. It has great balcony views and EASY access to the beach. Close to everything! Will stay again!

Beautiful condo. We had a great time! The only downside was bringing our own linens. I didn't pay attention to that when I booked. Never done that before. Loved the barometer during the storm!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you would need. The pool was really nice to have since the surf was high for the first couple of days we were there. We would absolutely stay here again on future visits.

This condo was decorated very nice, very beachy. Leather chairs with ottomans so comfortable. Balcony very nice with distant ocean view. TV's in every room. Very well equipped kitchen. Very nice and spotless. No odor of previous pets. Our dog, Chance, was so relaxed. We all loved it!

The property was very clean and smelled great when we arrived. They have provided every appliance you could need and even have games and puzzles. They also have wagons and beach toys available to use at the beach. Walking distance to the beach and very close to fishing piers, grocery stores, and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again in the future!!

Owner was very sweet and made sure we had all information. In addition, I left a sentimental ring and cleaning crew found it and locked it up. The owner contacted me before we even got home! So very thankful!

Great property! The owners really made sure their renters had everything they might need. We were super thankful for the luggage cart the owners provided so we had an easier time getting our things upstairs. The entire condo is very clean and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans and appliances. There is a downstairs storage closet with lots of chairs, umbrella, boards etc… and includes a cart to lug it all to the beach. There are two beach access is within a few blocks of the condo. We found the access to the left to be closer.
The owners are wonderful about communicating and answering any questions. We would definitely rent here again especially since they allow dogs.

We loved our stay here. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and needed a place that would allow us to bring our dog. I'm so happy we found this place. So convenient to a couple fantastic local restaurants and roomy enough to have a few family members over to eat when we weren't busy with wedding things. Excellent accommodations for our dogs. Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. Just fabulous. I hope we are able to stay there again and again! Thanks Linda!

Condo was amazing plus pet friendly along with an elevator. Everything was In walking distance for us. We just needed some down time with no alarm clocks and cooking (but if you wanted to cook the kitchen is fully equipped!! ) Only thing we did was brew some coffee ☕️. Short walking distance to the beach and places to eat. The Kill Devil Grill, American Pie Drive & Creamy and Swells’a Brewing highly recommend. Short few miles drive to Tortugas Lie restaurant right down the street. Condo is a very spacious for a family highly recommend. We just needed time to our self and like accommodations of a home feel verses a hotel. Condo very clean and the owner is great to work with.

Very close to beach access (short walk) restaurant also a short walk thru parking lot. Other restaurant choices close. Grocery behind condo( might want to drive). Condo clean and comfortable. Great choice. We would definitely stay again

What a wonderful central location. We rented the Condo and then invited our Daughter and husband to come for the weekend with their 3 children. It worked out great. The 5 and 6 year old loved the bunk beds and Mom brought a play n pak and set that up in the kids room. Lots of room. The beach was just a 3 minute walk away. A little to rough to play in the water as Earl was sitting off shore and making very big waves. So we retreated to the pool. Kids had a blast. Restaurants are close if you want to walk or cook in the Condo. Everything is there. Can't say enough about this everything is as described or better.

Excellent location and host
Great property and location. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. We really enjoyed the personal touches like the historical family photos and artifacts…absolutely fascinating! Kill Devil Grill right next door was very yummy and having the Harris Teeter close by was also great. Linda was great and communication was key. Would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Great stay in Kill Devil Hills
Great 3 bedroom condo a short walk from the beach. Nicely furnished condo includes 3 beach wagons and chairs and other intense for the beach. We stayed 4 nights with 4 adults and 2 small children. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans and cooking utensils and plates and flatware. Dog friendly condo with an elevator was great. Great restaurants and a new brewery nearby and in easy walking distance. Everything was clean and in great condition when we arrived. Owner was a great communicator. We loved our visit!

Roomy, Dog-friendly Condo
My sister and I stayed 5 days in Linda and George's condo. We loved the comfortable beds and the roomy venue. It was really convenient to be able to access the 3rd floor by using an elevator as we are not young.
The condo was well-equipped and having our puppies with us made our stay even better.
Linda had the bases covered with the pets, as she provided plenty of Oops clean-up gear.

Quick Weekend
We stayed for a quick weekend visit. The condo was very clean and had lots of great amenities. The owner was very responsive and detailed in her explanation of the check in process, which made everything very easy for us. We loved the area and will definitely visit again. This rental is great for families with kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

We are so blessed to have booked this property for our fall visit to OBX. The unit is convenient to the beach and town and the elevator allowed my Dad to join us. The decor offers quite a few unique features and the historical family photos and artifacts were amazing to see! We would definitely stay here again if available!

Beautiful stay near the beach

Perfect girls getaway
Scheduled a last-minute girls getaway now that our group was a bit more comfortable traveling and hadn't seen each other in a long time. This unit was absolutely perfect for us. Close to lots of food options, a comfy living room for us to hang out in, beds for each of us and very clean. I have been to the outer Banks before with my family and typically stay on the beach so I was a little bit worried about using a public access but was pleasantly surprised at how close we were and how easy the walk was, less than 5 minutes and not overcrowded! Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!

Good and quiet location
So happy we found this place. More than enough room for 2 adults, 1 teenager, 2 kids and our puppy. Love then cleaning station set up just in case our pup had an accident. Pool was decent, and rarely anyone there when we went. A simple crossing one road and you're at the beach. The Kill Devil Grill was very yummy and having the Harris Teater there was also great. Linda was great and communication was key.

Great Place to Stay
Very nice place to stay, was close to the beach (so glad they had a beach cart and chairs). We rode our bikes down a side road and just had to cross the highway once to get to the sand dunes, which were amazing! Would definitely stay again!!

Great location lovely condo!
We had a fantastic time. Linda was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The condo was bright and airy and in a perfect location. We easily walked to the beach and restaurants. Everything was perfectly clean and the condo had everything that we needed. Looking forward to being able to stay again another time.

Absolutely wonderful!
The condo is beautiful and super clean! All tile floors aside from the bedrooms, which makes clean up so easy. The kitchen is perfect and has all the supplies you’ll need to have dinner in every single evening! We loved the balcony and being able to sit out and rock in the sunsets! The location is great, with a Harris Teeter right across the 4 lane and the beach in the opposite direction. We could see the ocean just past the rooftops of the beachfront homes, just walking distance away. The grill at the entrance of the condos was magnificent! They had the best crab cakes and shrimp! The parking is great, the elevator makes getting your belongings easy to move in and get stuff back home too. I’ll definitely be going back here again! The OBX in the fall is to die for!
