I was a little hesitant having not rented like this before. But when our family reunion booked multiple units in this complex, I hit the jackpot with this one.Everything was very comfortable. LR / DR / kitchen handled 15 or so when T-storms chased us out of the pool yet was still just right for the four of us when the kids and grandkids "went home" to their units. Between the welcoming owner and extremely helpful service staff, it was a great stay.The "Bird ID" app on my phone went a long way in sorting out all of the calls from the pond and marsh while I sipped my early morning tea on the deck.Bottom line is that we'd happily do it again!

The home is fine. The kitchen was well stocked. The rug could us some cleaning. The complex is very nice and we enjoyed walking the paths. It was enjoyable looking out over the water from the home. It was a rainy weekend but we were able to hike in the area. We learned that when you open the front door the handle is something you just hold on to as you open the door. Pull door toward you, turn the key and just push in. The handle is not needed other than to hold on to.

What a magical stay. Super clean space, fantastic and cozy condo, with a beautiful resort neighborhood. There was a little miscommunication with the pool situation, but other than that i’d book again in a second! PM was super quick to respond, always helpful and extremely understanding.

Returned to Black Creek Sanctuary for a birthday weekend. The condo did not disappoint, it was homey and well appointed. Highly recommend

The property is in a great location! Wonderful views of the wetlands. Walking distance to ski areas with fun summertime experiences. We were there for the Spartan Races, and it was a short drive to the course.
The condo is well stocked! Lots of towels. The kitchen had matching pots & pans with lids. The property even has gas grills to use. The grocery store was close. The condo even had pods for the washer. My wife came home with clean race gear for the first time. We usually come home with wet, stinky clothes.

This was exactly what I was looking for...a cozy little place to stay for some much needed r & r. The fireplace was just perfect and the views from the balcony were amazing. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Exactly as we expected...
We were looking for a comfortable place not too far away from the Sussex County Fairgrounds and this fit the bill! Clean, quiet, all the amenities we needed. The location was great, backing onto the preserve, with the balcony a lovely place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Although we were here in summer, I can picture how cozy the fireplace would be in colder weather. Easy check-in with good instructions.
The only thing I would suggest for the kitchen is an updated set of knives for cutting/slicing/food prep. All of the other kitchenware was fine!
