Das Personal war sehr freundlich, obwohl nicht alle Deutsch gut verstehen und sprechen konnten. Was dazu geführt hat, dass mir beim Frühstück das Telefon in die Hand gedrückt wurde und ich einem anrufenden Gast Auskunft über Ihren Aufenhalt geben musste, weil der (glaube ich) gebürtig französische Mitarbeiter sie nicht verstanden hat, was ich aber ich erster Linie lustig fand und es gerne gemacht habe.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich, außerdem wurde mir ein Omelett zubereitet. Die Zimmer waren nicht besonders groß, aber ausreichend. Die Badezimmer waren neu und modern.
Der Schrank hat geklappert, wenn man über den Boden gelaufen ist. Im Bett war ein Fleck in der Nähe des Kissens.

Eigenaar heeft 2x hotel rekening betaald gehad,ik zag dit binnen een uur,gelijk bij de receptie aangesproken erop,kreeg te horen,zag het in de computer,geen zorgen ik stort het terug,dit was op 26-4-2024.tot op heden niks terug gehad,dus hij is een ordinaire dief !!!! . Eigentumer hat 2 mal die Rechnung geschrieben,wie ich ihm an der Theke angesprochen hab,hat er gesagt,ich sehe das in der Computer und werde es korrigieren,das wahr 26-4-2024,bis jetzt immer noch nichts zurück bekommen,er ist einfach ein kriminell .!!! Owner of the hotel,has bookt 2x the bill,wen i ask him about it,he told me to pay it back,this was on 26-04-2024,and still it isn‘t payd back,he is a criminel and a ordinaire thief !!!!

Netter Vermieter und ein tolles Frühstück. Lage optimal sofort im Zentrum.

Das einzig positive war die Lage mitten in der Altstadt
Leider war das ganze Gebäude nass und muffig. Die Renovierung wurde nicht sehr fachmännische vorgenommen was einige offene Stellen, stolperstufen etc hinterliess. Das ganze Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Beim Frühstück gab es helle Brötchen, Salami, Käse und verschiedene Marmeladen. Insgesamt stimmte das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis nicht

Aamiainen normaali ja riittävä.
Sijainti vain 50 m Bernkastelin keskusaukiolta, helppo liikkua kaupungissa. Tuttu hotelli, tämä oli jo kolmas kerta täällä. Aikaisemmin hotellin nimi oli Germania. Ajo mahdollista hotellin eteen, mutta ei pysäköinti.
Aikaisemmin pysäköintiluvan sai hotellilta, nyt se piti hakea turisti-infosta tai maksaa sovelluksella EasyPark tai automaatilla.
Henkilökunnan saksankielitaito välttävä. Ajo hotellin eteen on hankala, tie kapea ja edellyttää ajoa kääntöpaikalle, koska mutkasta ei pysty kääntymään. Tämä oli kyllä tiedossa aikaisemmilta matkoilta.

Shower didn't drain & flooded bathroom- staff not available to help, but we were able to get extra towels to soak most up. Beds smelled of long residual body odor.

The location really couldn't be better, exactly in the middle of the beautiful village. The building was quite old which make it quite unique to be honest. Of course inside was everything clean, new and well prepared to have the best time!
We got really late for the check in but the personal was still waiting for us there and was very helpful and kind.
It was also pet friendly which was very important for us!!
The breakfast was very basic and is the only thing I think we could still improve.

Excellent location, good breakfast, spacious room. Although the hotel would benefit from a bit of a refurbishment, the room was clean, the shower room renovated. Good powerful hairdryer (often not the case in hotels)

this hotel is located in the center of the ancient village.. However the rooms are looking a bit worn out with paint missing in some places, the furniture and beds are new and comfortable, and the bathroom modern and brandnew. Very quiet location, so we had a good nights sleep. The owners are extraordinary friendly. When my wife checked out without having breakfast for passing the sceduled time, they insisted on serving her a coffee, bread and coldcuts, and fresh made eggs on top....
Some paint job would make it complete, but that is just make-up..

Perfect location, less than 100m from the Market Square. The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent.
Very noisy location: We completely expected this - you can't stay right next to the center of town in the middle of a wine festival and expect peace and quiet! There are a few creaky and uneven floors which should also be expected in all very old buildings - the charm and location more than makes up for this.

The hotel is very centrally located, just next to the market square,, and it's an ok hotel, considering the low rates compared to most competitors.
The hotel is run by an indian famliy and includes an indian restaurant, that seem to be more or less closed. There was nothing at all wrong with the hotel and the room we had was spacious, quiet and clean. The continental breakfast was adequate but basic , But the atmosphere is not very warm or welcoming. It's fine for a short stay, but not a place I would spend a whole holiday.
