Location was really nice, very close to the metro station, nice little bakeries and some good selection of restaurants in walking distance.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, the A/C cranks and it has a nice little back patio. The shower works well, the kitchen has all the appliances you need, both the queen and sofa bed are comfortable. Automatic black-out shades will let you sleep all day if that's what you want. The location is impeccable; you can be on a Paris-bound metro train in under 5 minutes, and in the heart of the Left Bank/Notre Dame area or at the Eiffel Tower in no more than 30 minutes. There are restaurant and cafe options galore within, literally, a 30-second to 1-minute walk. (The town center is about 10 min north). There is a large Monoprix grocery store a 5 min walk away, and a fantastic running/walking park on an island a half mile south. The washer/dryer unit works well, but we recommend drying clothes on the provided drying rack on the back patio. Charging outlets abound.

Not much. If you're driving, you'll have to fight for parking. But that's city living.

I liked the flexibility of the host - we were allowed to check in much earlier and to add a child to the reservation at the last moment, the location of the studio - perfect for visiting the Lolapalooza festival, the neighbourhood - very nice with many shops and restaurants, the proximity to the metro, the studio had everything needed for a 5 night stay

It wasn't very clean. May be it was because of our early check in, but the towels and the sheets also needed some care
