staff amazing and when there was a traffic accident and I could not get a taxi the hotel manager drove me to the station in his car - everyone was so gentile

furniture is room is very old fashioned, bathroom hose leaking, employees don’t know what to do , they charged me twice , breakfast was very scarce for this price and 5 stars hotel especially, smoked salmon not fresh . Perfect only view from window .

breakfast not fresh and it could been better choices, stuff are not friendly at all, security person urged with me about my room number which I felt not so comfortable that he knows what room are we at!!!!! food menu does not suit all the guest and few dishes only, for a hotel like Beau Ravage we expected better options. when we checked in we never told where to have breakfast or we have to pay for parking and what is the log name for Wi-Fi , we arrived early and basically the hotel was empty and didn’t want to give us the room because not ready.
