lovely old hotel in the centre of town. they were incredibly hospitable and very helpful.

Great location. The staff was lovely. Breakfast was delicious with the best homemade marmalades. Hotel is a well kept old building with a lot of charm.

Noisy, there is a public market in the city center that plays really loud music until 1am The windows are not properly closing and they are not blocking the noiae Breakfast felt like it was on a budget :( Traditional rooms are nice but our luxury room was havind too much of everything. too many colours, too many decorative objectis that makes the entire toom feel crowded and unclean even though the cleaning was made daily.

- air conditioning, quite old and barely notice any difference, basically all the time hot in the room. -Wi-Fi, super slow or no connection to the internet at all. -the room where we stayed was quite dark, few windows to the patio and one on the ceiling, which would rather keep close as it’s summer and temperatures out side are over 30, even at night. - after the cleaning the room during the day, the lady didn’t close and lock the door, after we came back from the beach around 19:00 the door was completely open, not close, not locked but open.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful, it really made our stay! Breakfast was great and we love the courtyard layout of the hotel. Excellent location.

Superbly characterful property with generous room size and an excellent breakfast included. Staff were so helpful and friendly too.

Cute rooms, clean and we had the most amazing consierge called Theresa. Theresa arranged a taxi and the bookings to the Agriturismo where we had the best dinner in our entire stay. Theresa also booked our boat tour and made sure we chose the most exceptional tour group. Theresa also helped with our maps and where to park, which is more challenging than you would imagine, but she she made it easy.

Evening showers, hot water could take 20mins to arrive or not at all, morning showers always warm. Decoration very traditional which we loved but some might find it dated.

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, we knew immediately we had made an excellent decision when we arrived and were shown to our room. Everything we needed, clean, comfortable, safe and full of character. The town of Orosei is perfectly located for trips to the eastern delights of Sardinia. The hotel itself is right in the middle of town. We parked our car by the church each day for free with no fuss. You can also choose to park on the street directly outside the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, generous and delicious, it was served immediately upon us arriving in the beautiful courtyard each morning.
