Friendly staff, good location, comfortable stay, nice and clean room, and the bathroom. In a word, spotless. I'll definitely stay there again if I need to. My room was 111, it comes with a massive window and the view of the road, yet it's completely soundproof. 👌. Also comes with free car park 😍. 5*

There's nothing that I didn't like.

Hotel is pleasant but at the time we were there renovation work was going on a lot of noise & hallway was full of materials & tools. Our room was small & the bathroom was even smaller. I guess you get the price you paid for which is quite reasonable. Only good for very short stay as the size of the room is a lot to be desired. The excellent point is walking distance to the tube & late night shops. Front desk was polite. Love Ramona the only star in the hotel. She's awesome & friendly. The hotel is lucky to have her.

You need to be thin & midget to be in the room. Size 12 up stay away. I felt suffocated due to the size of room. I suppose it reflects the price. Lack of shelve/space in the bathroom. I put my toothbrush & toothpaste etc on top of the WC cistern. & where will i put the towel when i shower??? I hang on the shower panel & get wet!!! Simple hooks behind the door will do the trick but guess what no one thought about it!!!!!

Stayed here before, great location and staff.

The room i stayed in carpet was stained, felt dirty and unhygienic. Room was not cleaned properly. I have stayed at this hotel before in family room and this was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Disappointed this time as carpet was very off putting, found food on the floor which confirmed the room was not cleaned properly. Addressed this with the staff on checking out, staff as always very lovely and apologied.

Hotel is right opposite to a bus stop and 5 mins walking distance to Tube this made sight seeing very convenient. Very easy access to airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well equiped room.

It was very hot in the room. There was a small table fan which was not sufficient for a room with one double bed and 2 single beds. Sleeping with a window open noise and cigarette smoke from passerby.

Since we don't eat meat, had only toast, juice without any dairy products no cheese no salad

Very close to underground station and to airport. Convenient for a quick stop to or from airport. Although it’s next to airport we didn’t hear the planes. The staff was very nice.

The rooms are very basic. They gave us a room on the ground floor overlooking the rubbish bin and the car park so we couldn’t open the blinds. The extra pillow in the wardrobe had no pillow case. The breakfast was extremely basic and wasn’t worth the money.

We have paid for a room with two single beds and we received with a double bed and that can be nice but was really a small double bed and not comfortable. Also was noisy till 2/3 in the morning and we didn’t sleep well

The place is nearby the train station and is walkable. The staffs are nice and friendly.

I was expecting an average size / fairly large room based on the photos posted but ended up in a very tiny room with 1 tiny window. It's really disappointing as the room never looked like the photos posted, felt like I got scammed. It smells weird in our room as well.

Location was close to Heathrow.

The room was very basic with tired and dirty carpets, the toilet and shower looked clean, curtains weren’t covering the whole width of the windows so they let the light in, there was no air-con in the room, we had to leave the window open all night but as soon as the first flight took off, we were all awake with the noise. There was a small fan screwed to the bedside table which wouldn’t cool down the room. If I decide to stay close to Heathrow next time, I’d consider other options.

It was hot weather when we stayed and very hard to cool the room.

We was at new room, clean and nice. A little noisy people next door. I read every bad rewiev about hotel and afraid a lot but it was very good room. The staff was so helpfull.

The photographs are deceiving. The property is run down and is definitely not worth £100 for the night. There was a smell of curry in both reception area and in our bedroom. The view out the tiny window is shocking ! Broken fences, overgrown grass and debris. More like a shelter or hostel than a hotel. Did not take photos as spent as little time there is possible, checked in and caught a cab 15 minutes later. Woke up, got dressed and checked out.

Quite noisy, people coming up and downstairs all night. However this could have been because of the Kings Coronation. Lights were on all night and shone under the door.

Great little hotel, nice bathroom, comfy bed, parking and within easy reach of tube station. Also nice to have complimentary coffee, tea etc in room. Fresh cooked breakfast could be provided and lovely helpful staff.

I would have liked additional pillows and the cups were very rather small plus it was rather warm with only a small window. I think in warmer weather a fan may have been needed
