The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We did a bike ride that finished after checkout time, so they allowed us to use the gym bathroom to shower and also kept our luggage safe :)

Super friendly owner that made us feel very welcome. Perfect location for the ski lift. Good breakfast. Lovely property. Would highly recommend and stay there again.
The door for the restaurant is completely clear glass with no markingsthat I walked straight into with a nice bruise on my head for the rest of the trip! Could do with some decals or something to make the door obvious,

love the location, on the slopes, next to the ski lift and very central. the rooms were large and spacious and spotlessly clean. amazing breakfast and the restaurant was excellent, with great wines at good value. staff were super helpful and friendly. a definite 10/10

Fabulous location right next to gondola to Bormio 2000. Lovely garden patio area that was catching the sun after skiing and so warm. Great rooms. Fabulous view and nice sizeable balcony. Family run and family friendly. Good bar, nice restaurant. Breakfast was also good.
Our choice of room also meant we could hear the bar at the bottom of the gondola and the gondola starting up early… but not really a complaint as the views more than made up for it.

Internet in hotel was very slow, not passable to use. No heating in ski depot, ski boots wet next Day.

Brilliant location next to the ski lift. The host family are fantastic, going well above and beyond what you would expect, from organising taxis to sorting painkillers for an injured party. The food is fantastic and the menu so varied you can eat there for a week without having the same food twice - the local venison a speciality. Above all, thank you to Marco and his wonderful family team, a pleasure to spend time with you and we will certainly be back.
Rooms very comfortable but like many European hotels, the pillows are very hard.

View from room was excellent. Staff was perfect willing to help. Restaurant was very nice and comfortable. Outside area and location of hotel was great.
Breakfast was OK, but just from 7:30 what is a bit late. SPA zone was working on pre-order system, but facilities inside not working well. Outside facilities, like work-out zone was a bit older.
