Outdoor parking lot could be paved.

Location was close to family which was perfect! Rooms were big and clean! Bathrooms big and clean! Room service staff pleasant.
We had an issue with our air conditioning that we expressed three times to front staff and was not addressed properly! Was warm in our room the whole stay there!

It was clean and convenient.
I used their laundry service and had sticker shock. I was charged the same price for t-shirts as dress shirts to have cleaned. It was outrageous. It wasn’t like they had to press them or anything. They were like underwear, T-SHIRTS!!!
I received no satisfaction from the staff.

It was very clean and the staff were friendly. They had a variety for breakfast. It was the first hotel where I saw eggs 😊

I enjoyed how modern the facility looked
from afar.
the Wi-Fi was spotty or didn’t work at
all. The decor could use some basic
maintenance and an upgrade to the

Jon Carlo was great at English translation. And the reception staff. Dinner was great.
The birthday pastry could have been less cheesy, and more appetizing.

Location was good, you can reach on foot from the train station, there is supermarket 3 min walk. Super green area and great city.
The shower with curtains and was not clean enough.
