Walking distance to the slopes and restaurants, traditional stay with good sized rooms, great breakfast buffet, and friendly hosts who dropped us off at the train station.

really good location? staff is very friendly and spoke a bit of English, cleaning everyday, and has a onsen in hotel. many amazing food shops really nearby, or hotel also does food, but I haven't tried it

Room was great. Nice view. The onsen was great. In room toilet and sink.
Seems that the only place to shower is in the onsen room, but it is closed for cleaning daily from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Works for skiers, I guess, but not others who would like to bathe/shower at their leisure.

I loved the traditional Japanese living style on tatami mat and futon. Very friendly staff

Great hotel.
Staff are friendly and professional, room was a typical Japanese room on tatami… no chair so everything is on the floor so need to be mobile enough.
Japanese breakfast was great and sustained me for most of the day.
Onsen was great after a day of skiing…
On top of it, location is great, close to lift and/or shuttle bus.
Overall would definitely recommend the Hakuba Glad Inn Ebisuya.

Good location. Within walking distance to The Happo One bus terminal and Nakiyama slopes. The owners are exceptionally helpful. Taxi was hard to call due to the peak timing and they gave us a ride to and fro a local clinic for a visit needed. Appreciate greatly !

The hotel is very clean. Very close to one lift, or you can just take a free shuttle bus to other lifts.The owners are very nice people, the old lady is an excellent cook the old gentleman doesn’t speak much English but very polite respectful and friendly. I like them both. I will definitely stay with them next time when I back in Hakuba.

Hotel very conveniently located with a ski storage room. The staff was very nice and arranged a pick up at the train station at our arrival. We also greatly enjoyed the onsen after skiing !

Lovely traditional hotel. It's basic but a nice place to stay with friendly staff. Less than 10 minutes walk to the gondola.

Onsen on site, good location of maybe 5 minute walk to the gondola and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and warm.
They don’t except card so needed cash to pay. nearest ATM is a 10 minute walk away and then didn’t accept our cards. It would have been good to know this before arriving. Bring cash :)

Friendly owner and cozy room. Also the place was closer to ski slope and shops. Highly recommended for ski lovers.

We come to Hakuba, Happo One in February to ski. Glad Inn has a great location , 5 minutes walk to the closest ski chairlift, Onsen is super hot and Japanese breakfast available on the additional price.

The owner is very nice and they drove us to the train station as it was raining. The hotel is located near the ski lift and the hotel dinner is awesome.

super comfortable futons, the Onsen on site which is your shower and bathtub, hot tea brought to the room daily. loved the robes provided. the location is great.
