it was right by the water and in the heart of west end. the view from my room was great. staff was great and the snorkeling tour was awesome.

The location was perfect!! Easy access to food, night life, beaches and excursions. The staff was phenomenal. Upon arrival I was able to have an early check in which made all the difference. Would recommend!

House cleaning was exceptional maintenance was on top of everything the front desk extremely helpful and the ladies in the kitchen and serving food will blow your heart up with kindness and quality! The smoothies are excellente! Breakfast A+

Location was great, and excellent customer service. Reception was always attended to and felt secure and safe. Good value for money at this price point.

Room always smelt like the strong cleaning fluid they use, was not pleasant. Shower was not as clean as I would have liked, although I have high standards. It did not get cleaned during my stay.

Since the moment we arrived on the property the staff at Splash inn resort were more than accommodating. They welcomed us with a tasty ginger juice while we did our check in. We arrived early from the ferry but they told us we could stay and eat lunch on property or we could go around and explore, we chose to have lunch there and it was absolutely delicious! After lunch our rooms were ready and we were so happy with the set up, the AC worked wonderfully and the wifi and TV were great. We felt very comfortable staying here with our 1 year old, the staff was even nice enough to warm up bottles our daughter. The breakfast included was diverse and delicious, we all found something we liked to eat. Overall it was a beautiful experience and we'll be sure to revisit Splash Inn whenever we are in Roatan.

Air conditioner goes off when you leave the room and takes several hours to cool off again. Lost a lot of sleep due to being hot & sweaty.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the hotel and restaurant to the dive center. The location is in the middle of the west end strip with multiple amazing restaurants nearby including the hotel restaurant. As far as the dive center goes the facilities were very good with each diver having their own gear locker. the staff bring and setup your BCD and regulators to the boat which is directly across the street every dive which was awesome!. all in all I would definitely recommend Splash Inn for a stay, Great Diving and great staff A++

there was a rooster that lives across the street from the hotel that I wish would run into the jungle and never return. other than that no complaints at all!

Breakfast was a big value and was very good! Not your typical free breakfast. Eggs, beans, ham, sausage and much more! Excellent coffee! Eating every morning with a great view was amazing. We would stay at the splash inn again!

We had a small problem at check in that could have been handled better. Someone was supposed to come and talk to me about it but we never connected and he didn't seem to really care. Other than that everything was really very good.

We loved our Dives, snorkeling, food, service, location and stay.

The staff is what makes this place great. the rooms are a little dated and basic but have everything you need and I would definitely stay again. It’s in the centre of West End but my room was really quiet and I slept really well during the whole stay. The buffet breakfast was great. Special shout out to Norma, Felipe and Leo. Also did an introduction to diving with Luca and it was great.

The Splash Inn is very good hotel and very well run. We even extended our stay!. All of the staff are well trained and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, the A/C works well, and the beds are comfortable. The included breakfast buffet is pretty good, too. I'd highly recommend this hotel for any travelers to the West End, not just divers. By the way, I did not use their dive shop so I can't comment on it.

Drinking water in the rooms would have been a nice touch but they will fill any container for you for free if you ask someone behind the counter.

This is a very good hotel, I am very satisfied about my stay at this hotel. Especially the staff working here was very good (both at the hotel as in the restaurant). It does make a big difference when people smile, say "good morning", and try to help you whenever necessary. So, well done everybody! And it is true what they say about the breakfast: Delicious!!
