I love everything, excellent buffet breakfast, delicious and varied. Spacious, tidy room with air conditioning, fan, towels needed for my entire family. Beautiful pool environment looks like a “lagoon in the middle of the jungle”
Nothing, I love everything☺️ The staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guest. In general the atmosphere of the hotel gives a peace with the beautiful nature around☺️

El restaurante fue increíble, 100 puntos! Los desayunos, almuerzos y cenas fueron exquisitos, y volveria ir al restaurante del hotel varias veces. La ubicación y la señal del wifi fueron muy buenas! Nos ofrecieron servicio de recojo del aeropuerto al hotel gratis y A1.
Deje una prenda de vestir en el baño y cuando regrese de mi excursion, ya no se encontraba en donde la deje. Hable con el personal del hotel para que me den una solución y quedaron en decirme como iban a proceder. Recién el ultimo dia de mi estancia y después de yo haberles insistido, no me dieron ninguna solución y dijeron que no era su culpa. Tuve que insistirles nuevamente, pedir hablar con los dueños del hotel, revalidar que estaba diciendo la verdad (hasta tuve que enseñarles la conversación con mi roommate que validaba que no estaba mi prenda en casa) para que al final solo me descontaran una parte del valor de mi prenda de la cuenta total de mi estancia. Fue realmente decepcionante la forma que manejaron mi caso y el cuidado con las prendas de los huéspedes. Deberían de tener un protocolo ante ese tipo de situaciones y hacerle caso al huesped desde el momento que le pide una solucion.

Pudo ser mejor la habitación en cuanto a tamaño.

Little jungle in the middle of town with cool chill and yoga areas, amazing coffee place :). the suit/room for 4pax with little terace and kitchen is beyond amazing!! staff super friendly. would book again for sure.

Nice staff, great gardens, super breakfast.
The room wasn't in a great state. Noisy from surrounding nightclubs until early in the morning (4:30 the music was still going and very audible from the room). WiFi signal in the room was spotty. Mattress wasn't the most comfortable.

The attention to detail is amazing. You feel like in the rainforest once you pass the lobby. Stuff were very friendly and helped us with our bags and gave us tips on what to visit in Tarapoto. The rooms are basic, but very clean and cozy. Food was also excellent and have a very good value for money!. Breakfast is good and there is always a good variety of food. Totally recommend the hotel when staying in Tarapoto 😊.

The inside of the hotel is very tranquil in the day. Lovely pool. Cafe and restaurant on site.
Facilities in room needed attention. No hot water, broken toilet flush, air con stopped working in the night so was very uncomfortable as fan didn’t work either.
Loud disco beating through night until early morning from close by bars and discos so not for light sleepers. It wouldn’t have worried me but I was awake due to uncomfortable heat in room.
Poor communication with staff beforehand and during stay.

Nice peaceful surroundings in the centre of Tarapoto. Its close to bars and restaurants, but doesn't feel like you're in the city centre.
The buffet breakfast is good and the restaurant has some great local food.
Rooms are a little bit dated.
No wifi in rooms.
Staff weren't overly welcoming or helpful. Only a small section of the pool area is available to lounge in the sun, it would be great if they extended that space.

We liked the location. Most of the staff were very pleasant and polite. The decor and look and feel of the jungle. The restaurants and breakfast were very good. I wish there was more of a variety of food for breakfast. The servers were extremely nice and attentive and the ladies at the desk on Saturday went above and beyond to help us with our flight that was canceled. They carried our bags, called the airlines, served us manzanilla tea and called to have us transported to the airport. That made us feel very special. ❤
There was a man at the front desk that was not very nice. He did not make us feel welcome and he was a little rude. You could see inside our hotel room through cracks in the door and the walls were dirty and the toilet was not flushing properly.
