Very good location near the harbour, nice and clean room. Good shower without flooding the entire bathroom (which is sometimes the case in Greek hotels). Keys from the supermarket around the corner. Entrance directly to the room on the ground floor. Parking was easy (but I was there in December and I do not know how the situation is in summer).

I really enjoyed my stay at the studios. For one person I think it was perfect! The bed was comfortable, the wifi really good, enough plates and cutlery to keep going for a few days. Perhaps they should have just left some kitchen rags to dry stuff and a sponge, but as I only stayed 3 days I managed fine without! It was clean, no bugs or anything. Many friendly cats around

There was only one window in the bathroom if we don't consider the main door so it smelled a bit dampy at times because of the shower (I imagine) and there were many grout flies. I can see why some tall people may struggle with the shower and making the whole bathroom wet, but personally as a short person I managed without too much hassle

Excellent location, right by the port. The apartment was huge, shower room large and power shower. The owners very friendly and helpful. Facilities very good, kettle fridge crockery and small cooking appliance. I liked the magic mirror that made me look thinner 😂😂

Could have done with a tea towel, used our hand towel to dry up.

Lovely large room with patio outside with the view of the mountain and side view of the sea. The room was well lit and had plenty electrical points. Enclosed shower was fantastic. Huge fridge and good hair drier. Very helpful and pleasant staff!

We were after something basic and cheap near the ferry port as we were pulling in later in the day and we somehow ended up with a cute apartment on a hill with a view! The location is excellent as Merichas is full of good restaurants and cafes. The bed was hard but that’s standard around here. The pillows were good. The place was very clean and the managers were great. Super easy process nice late checkout and I have absolutely no complaints! Would definitely recommend if you want a good central apartment.

Allowed to check in before check in time . On last day allowed use of room till our departure time late afternoon. Host helped book us a taxi. Quiet location but near all facilities. Regularly cleaned and given fresh towels.

It was recently modernised and in a reasonable location

First of all we couldn’t find the studios! The location was not shown on Google maps, so we headed for the Tzamaros supermarket and we could see the sign for the studios behind. There was nobody around in the studios, and on asking at the supermarket we were led away from the clearly signed Tsamaros studios next to the supermarket by someone who spoke no English to a set of four studios up a hill on the main road overlooking the harbour. We pointed out that these were not the studios shown on the Booking.com website, nor was there a sign on the building. The woman didn’t understand, she phoned someone else and the other person just insisted these were the studios we had booked. Although recently modernised, only one of the a/c controls worked, one of the two mugs supplied was cracked, and there were unconnected pipes sticking out of the floor in the bedroom and bathroom. We have a house on Syros and have travelled extensively around the Cyclades. This was not the best experience. Kythnos is not a cheap place to stay, so judging value for money is not easy, but it was just about OK.

Great location, very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and market. Very friendly staff, clean room, nice bathroom, and kitchenette. Private entry with cute veranda and a little view of the sea. Nice dark bedroom allowed us to get a great night's sleep. Highly recommend!

The wifi was slow and I could hardly connect through my tablet. It seemed that many places on the island had poor mobile reception and internet connection, though.

The location, the hosts and the place were great. Ideal place to spend a few days in the beautiful island of Kythnos. the ferry and buses were just a short walk away, there were small supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants in the area and a beach within a short walk. The air conditioned worked very well.

We missed having a boiler for the water and some more kitchen appliances. But everything was very good.
