Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ich konnte auch früher einchecken. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit .

Pokój duży, czysto, pościel świeża.
Mieliśmy negatywne doświadczenie w tym obiekcie. W Niemczech praktycznie nie mieliśmy internetu. Napisałam do recepcji przed wyjazdem, że będziemy ok 17-18. Odpowiedź: ok. Jednak w trasie byli remonty drogowe oraz wypadki. Dotarliśmy o 22. Nikt na nas nie czekał. Internetu brak. Próbowaliśmy sie dodzwonić do recepcji. Odpowiedź po którejś próbie: wejść na whatsapp. Staliśmy tak na podwórku 40min. Musiałam dzwonić do znajomych niemców i prosić ich skontaktować. W końcu udało się wydobyć informacje o skrzynce i hasło. Proszę nie pisać w opisie hotelu, że recepcja pracuję do 24. W pokoju również okazało się, że brak internetu.

Die rauchende Kundschaft macht es dem Betreiber nicht leicht, obwohl außerhalb eine überdachte Raucher-Zone vorhanden ist.

Sehr gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind schön warm und riechen gut. Alles wurde bereit gelegt, von shampoo bis Handtuch. Zimmerservice kam jeden Tag für die Sauberkeit. Sehr gerne wieder :)
Schade, dass man keine Haustiere mitnehmen darf, wenigstens 1 oder 2 Zimmer wären gut, wenn man seinen kleinen Hund mitnehmen könnte, so könnte man auch länger bleiben

Actually I come from China and exhibit in Messe. It's beyond my expectation. My room is at roadside and near tram station, however it's quiet at night. Maybe I was too tired haha. And the location is very convenient - 3 stops of tram to Messe. Room is clean. Wifi is good. Heating is warm. Staff is absent, but very helpful on phone and whatsapp.
No breakfast available... No restaurant in fact. No kettle. No toothbrush.

Room was spotlessly clean , good value for money
Room was very basic with almost no natural light. It was very hot which made it very difficult to sleep. The check in procedure would benefit from being emailed in advance rather than communicated over the phone, as I had trouble getting hold of anyone. A kettle in the room would also have been helpful

Super clean beds and bathroom. Close to the tram station. I was only there for a night so it had nice beds and was a good place to sleep
Walls are thin so you can hear every little sound. My room was at the end of the corridor and wifi was not working there - the staff said it would be fixed the day after I left.

Actually it is a room for 4 persons, not for 3 or 2. There are 4 beds in 2 rooms, all beds are very comfortable. The rooms are neat and make you to stay there for a long time. The personnel is very polite and patient. If you do not like crowds of people, then you are at the right place.

Loved the bedroom, and there's a restaurant if you (like us) don't have time to walk around to find somewhere to have dinner. Very clean and overall nice.
I would have preferred to know prior my arrival how the parking situation is. Yes, there's a "guests only" parking, but it's accessible to anyone from the street, and the hotel staff is not responsible if something happens.

The room was good enough, clear and comfortable,but small located with low ceiling in the one store building into the yard. The tram stop 50 meters away. Supermarket is 400 meters away. The Hannover fair you can reach by walk, if you want, for that need almost 40 minutes. The personal is very friendly. The restaurant open for a dinner.
The breakfast is very poor and cost 10 euros, you don't need to take.
