Perfect location right on the beach, the room was lovely. Had all the amenities and the staff were great!

Easy to find, clean, right in front of the beach, with bunk beds comfortable enough. The kitchen is decently equipped and the staff is helpful but discreet. There are always pilgrims coming and going so you don't get bored.

The three shared rooms are separated but somehow still connected together, so if there's noise or light in one of the rooms, there's noise or light in all of them. If you're a light sleeper, like me, you might suffer a bit from that.

Rooms were very warm, no windows or air conditioning. Showers weren’t great and not enough for all the pilgrims staying!

I stayed here after finishing my Camino. Great place to rest and relax. Clean, right across from the beach, nice lounge area with view to the sea. Beds very comfortable (that included sheets and blankets, a nice change from some albergues on the Camino!). Even though the place is on the main street, sleeping rooms are in the back where it was quiet. Large windows in sleeping room helped cool the room. Owner speaks very good English and was very helpful.

Would be nice if there was a place on the property to hang up wet clothes from the beach to dry, and the bunk beds were very close together, but overall, no complaints.

location and quality rooms

Located on the beach and close to restaurants and the city centre. The bed was comfortable.

The ladies’ showers are in the basement, and the room is quite small. The bathroom is a shared space with no hooks for towels, etc. It appears they are undergoing renovations so these extras might not be finished yet.

I stayed in a dorm with very little space and no possibility to open a window hence with quite sticky air. Another dorm as well as the kitchen were without a window at all. One of only two showers for men was out of order. Access code for the main door was not provided. Probably one of the worst places to stay on the Caminho Português da costa. Definitely not recommended.

lots of hair found on the perimeter of the room. sheets are floral and colored along with printed towels. my preference, crisp white sheets that are visibly laundered.

The lockers had no keys and the reception was not supervised at all times while the front doors were open. Not enough toilets/showers

wi-fi was down but the manager did her best to get it going. So in all made it fine without internet.

It's on the beach, in an interesting small city, considerate and helpful staff. So, very good value for money.
