would be nice to have more vegan options for breakfast, pool area is beautiful but can fill up with people quickly

The staff are friendly and helpful and do try their best. The rooftop pool and bar area are good.

Booked a room with a sea view - the problem was it was on the ground floor with no sound proofing and as the hotel in on the main drag on Second Beach there was excessive noise from the bars and party goers till around 5 in the morning. Got no sleep as it was like trying to sleep in the open on the beach. Worse still paid over €200 a night for this nightmare.

Great location, nice infinity pool and very helpful staff.

We were first provided a very humid room with alot of mold. We complained and were then provided a better room. The hotel have beach chairs but no beach service. There is coffee for which you pay for but no tea!

Front desk staff was very nice.

They didn't speak English.

BRENDA, BRENDA, BRENDA. Excellent customer service. I often went to the concierge for advice with regards of trips, local restaurants and they were so very helpful. This hotel is on prime location in the island. They are very clean and had COVID protocols for meals. The pool and the bar is awesome. I cant say enough about the staff. If you have celular data on your phone, you can text the pool bar FROM THE BEACH and they bring you whatever food/drinks you ordered. 10/10.

Everything was perfect ! We travelled as a couple and the staff were super friendly, very helpful. the place was beautiful and attention to the detail in the hotel is incredible .

the location was excellent! in front of the best beach. breakfast was very good. rooftop infinity pool excellent.

i stayed in room 106 that was close to the breakfast area and it was a little bit noisy. on the other hand towels was not daily changed and lack of ventilation and hangers made uncomfortable to take a shower with a wet towel.

great location was the best part of the hotel. everything was clean. Rooms were ok but pretty small, no space to open luggages.

The staff isn’t welcoming. Surprising in Brazil since most people are really nice, so it was a shocker.

Room had almost no places for clothes storage. No Clothes Drawers at all... Be nice if there was a small table or desk in room.
