Loved our host, couldn’t understand a word, but so jolly and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Room on the small side but not a problem.

No fault of the hotel but when the weather is bad the Wi-Fi and water stop!

I didn't have breakfast in my deal, but got it elsewhere from trips I was on. I liked the bathroom and bedroom, the space available and the shape of the facilities. I had special help from the staff in paying by credit card (because I had forgotten to get cash out) and that was so helpful. But most of my time during my stay was spent on trips into the Atacama, or sleeping!

I didn't get enough hot water to have a shave, and the only shower I achieved, on the last morning, was a cold one, with just a bit of warm water. I didn't take the issue up. There may be a way of getting hot water. I hope so, because otherwise this hotel is really helpful and the location is great.

Very pleasant hostal. Good location, pleasant personal, silent in the evening/night. So really a succes.

Just one complaint, and a serioes one: ventilation in room was bad. Unpleasant in a warm place.

Everything but & our onky but It would have been nice to have a few tables & chairs outside the rooms to sit in the evening & possibly a bench outside by the road( maybe outside owners control for waiting for tour pick ups )

although the host doesn't speak English, she uses translate app and was very helpful.

Nice quiet place with rooms facing indoor patio, well equipped kitchen, walking distance anywhere. Would stay there again!

Great location, easy to get to the going out area. Easy check it and check out. All tours can pick you up from this Hostal.

The room is ok, but the bed wasn't very comfortable

As many of the other hostels in San Pedro, this is a nice location to stay, close to the main streets, a walking distance for all. Very clean and comfortable, nice and warming people there.

This town has some places that are really noisy and because the hostel is over a small hill, you can hear music and screams during the night. Not so bad to wake you up, but for sensitive people you can feel you are not having a good night's sleep.

Great private room option (with bathroom) in San Pedro: nicer than sharing a room in a regular hostal and less expensive than booking a hotel. The location is convenient, around 10-15 minutes walking from the main street (Caracoles). It's very close to the bus terminal and very quiet in the evening (while the central area is still busy).

Great location (close to center without being noisy), warm staff, clean facilities, hot showers.

would have loved a key to enter the building instead of having to ring the doorbell, although I know this is common!

good clean hostel. impeccably clean room, comfortable bed, very good shower, & a reasonably working Wifi. staff is good. 10 min walk from the main market.

A waster paper basket & a bath soap in the shower would have been good.

The hostel is located a short walk from the centre. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and shower was good - no issues with hot water. Wifi was good and kitchen was nice. The staff were super friendly and they let us check out very late as our flight was at night.

Curtain is very thin and they had the lights on late. Noisy at night with local noise, not their fault.

It was great to have the option to use the dining room all the time where it was the microwave, refrigerator etc

This was a great city.at one time. The view of the mountains. It was relatively safe even at night.

Food and location. Santiago is expensive and run down. The idiotic protesters are too stupid to realize they are destroying their city

We arrived very early for check-in. No issues. The hostess welcomed us and let us in our meticulously maintained room. We were early enough to have a wonderful breakfast. She provided a map that allowed us to find the places that book tours for that afternoon. Our three day stay was highlighted by 5 tours and always coming home to a spotless room. When we had a tour that called for 4:30 am pickup a great sack lunch was waiting for us to take. When we got back to the hostal after midnight they were waiting to let us in. When our bus wasn't leaving until 9:30 at night they let us have breakfast and stay in our room until time to leave. Above and beyond. Highly recommend.
