The flat is very nice. The apartments have heated floor, excellent areas, several rooms, 3 bedrooms (1 of the bedrooms is single). Have excellent views of the beautiful city of Regensburg.

The lift to the flat was broken for the first few days, but the flat management solved it out. The managements have been super helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous property. You enter, go up a flight of stairs to 3 well equipped bedrooms and a large, perfectly clean, modern bathroom. Go up another flight to a nice living space and kitchen, and up a final spiral staircase to a loft where we spent much of our time. Our family would sit on the ample couches and play games, and my daughter the artist claimed the Eames chair as she sketched the view. To the one side is the park, to the other the town. Regensburg is surprisingly large, but it is all easily accessible from the tower. But, because it’s on the edge of town, instead of the center, you can easily drive up, drop your bags, and park in the nice parking garage 100m away. Probably the highlight of our trip to Germany and I couldn’t recommend the tower more highly.

The elevator/lift for the building was inoperable during our stay. My family didn’t mind at all, but if members of your party have mobility limitations, you should confirm it’s back in order.

Just returned from a wonderful 4-night stay at the apartment. We traveled by train and it was an easy, 5-minute walk to the Regensburg train station. Also about 10 minute walk to most of the sites we wanted to see in Regensberg, so the location could not have been better. Property was clean and well supplied (plenty of towels, etc). Black-out shades were amazing - could have slept for days. Host answered all of our questions quickly and were very accomodating with our early check-in.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Even better than the pictures. And the view of Regensburg is unbeatable. Location is great, just a quick walk to the dom and shopping. The manager was wonderful. We had a small issue the first night which was fixed right away. Excellent communication.

The views of the cathedral and the park from the main floor are nothing short of amazing. The large opening windows give the sense of being outside. This apartment has its own elevator, which was great for getting luggage up and down and it just plain cool. The place was spotlessly clean. The bathroom has a really nice shower and long bathtub.

Great City view close to restaurants and churches. Go for a stroll on the city streets great outside cafés to enjoy your day

The property is beautifully presented, very modern and clean with lots of natural light and interesting spaces. It is very close to the heart of the action in Regensburg and has a nice view over the cathedral. Reasonably priced parking is only one hundred metres away in a public car park.

Although the property’s proximity to the centre of Regensburg was a plus for getting around, it was a negative at night when revellers walked past until all hours making a lot of noise. We stayed during a heatwave and needed to leave our windows open to let some air in but the noise was too much on the Friday and Saturday nights and we had to end up closing the windows. Pedestal fans would have been much appreciated as the heat made the apartment uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Being a family of 4 we chose the apartment as it had 2 toilets but one was broken during our stay and the other was in the bathroom, making it a bit of a logistical nightmare at times. A few other things would make a family’s stay easier - a toaster, microwave and clothes rack to dry washing on. Also be aware the property is over 4 levels with steps that would be difficult for older or mobility affected people. Having said that there is a lift within the apartment to get luggage to the bedrooms and move about if needed.
