A perfect place in the heart of Old Town. We loved every minute of our stay. We had excellent communication from Yaroslav, making everything very easy for us. Apartment was clean, well organised and cool during the hot Montenegrin summer.

There is not even one little thing wrong with this place, highly recommend!

The location and finish of the apartment is brilliant, a perfect base for exploring Kotor.

We loved our stay, one tiny thing is that unfortunately the bathroom lock has been installed back to front which makes locking the door impossible. Really it shows how lovely the apartment is that this is my only complaint.

Excellent location, right in middle of the old town but with minimal noise (double glazed windows). Super clean and recently renovated, the apartment was very comfortable. Easy communication with host.

Small apartment in the center of Kotor old town with a very nice terrace and a friendly cat or 2.

Both the bathroom and the bedroom do not have any curtains or shears which prevents privacy unless the shutters are closed.

Beautifully presented spotlessly clean.Shower products provided plenty of towels.

Only disappointing thing was supposed to have a outside terrace but there wasn't one.

A perfect, cosy apartment right in Kotor Old Town. The host was so helpful and even ordered taxis for us! The apartment had a lovely terrace and everything you need for a few days away including toiletries, towels, hair dryer, ironing board and kitchen with all the utensils.

Studio apartment in an old building right in town. Conversion inside feels brand new, very modern, very clean with some beautiful contemporary detailing. I was with friends and we all had our own apartment. Nothing within the town walls is more than a few minutes’ walk so even though our apartments weren’t in the same building it wasn’t a problem rendezvousing each day. This studio is located up some steps so not suitable for the infirm although to be fair the whole of Kotor is full of cobbles and steps so only come here if you’re mobile. Studio itself had a very comfortable bed, a kitchenette area with most of the things you’ll need. Spacious wardrobe, plenty of hangers. Iron, ironing board, extension cord, Wi-Fi, SmartTV etc. Spotless bathroom, power shower with both handheld and overhead options, complimentary toiletries inc. shower caps and slippers. Best of all was the large terrace off the studio which, although overlooked by other buildings, felt private enough and secluded. Beautiful room, very safe if you’re travelling alone (as is Kotor in general), good communication with Yaroslav the apartment manager, and a super peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended! Kotor Pros - everything is walkable. It’s a walled town with a maze of cobbled streets which feels daunting at first but you’ll quickly realise that no two places are more than a couple of minutes apart. - Cats… are worshipped here. You will see them literally EVERYWHERE. Great if you’re a cat lover, you will be in Cat Heaven. You’ll be spoilt for choice for cat-themed souvenirs. - Safety. Kotor is a very safe place, probably because it’s walled and it would be difficult for thieves to escape! if you’re a female looking for somewhere safe to explore and hang out, Kotor is perfect. - Quality of apartments was very high indeed. owners obviously take pride in the service they’re offering. my friends’ apartments were equally high spec. - Boat trip is a must.

Only thing missing for me was coffee and/or coffee maker. I had delicious fruit teas and regular tea but no coffee, which was odd as all my friends had coffee in their apartments. Tiny thing, and the only thing I can even think that was lacking as everything else was spot on.

Great modern apartment in the heart of Kotor old town. Very helpful host . Lovely for visiting and getting a feel of the old town.

Would benefit from a microwave Kitchen and at least a French press for coffee

it’s very close to bars and restaurants that play terrible music all day. But that’s the price you pay for staying centrally!

Lovely terrace (although unfortunately we didn't get much sun on our stay) and had everything else you could need for a great stay. City centre location.

Check in was a little confusing as the location on maps doesn't take you to the right place, there are no signs on the accommodation and limited WiFi. Would recommend arranging check in instructions in advance when you have good internet and downloading maps.

Pictures suggested the studio apartment may have had a balcony/outdoor space which it didn't.
