Location, comfort, luxury rooms

Nous avons aimé les dimensions de l'appartement , la gentillesse du personnel , la proximité avec les restaurants ,la piscine , les équipements de grande taille , la boutique dans l'hôtel. Beaucoup de points positifs sur ce séjour.
Le bruit du restaurant en face" le nowhere" pour les chambres côté rue .
Pas de Netflix ou de programmes traduits en francais ou autres.
Le nettoyage au bout de 4 jours trop tard.
Bruit dans l'aération quand il y a trop de vents dommage.

Les suites sont très spacieuses et bien équipées, le service est très bien et les équipements sont adaptés
Le bruit de la musique du restaurant d'en face (indépendant de l'hôtel) et le niveau sonore des animations au niveau de la piscine l'après midi et le certains soirs l'absence de possibilité de se connecter à Netflix sur la télévision

Hermosas instalaciones, personal muy amable. Departamento muy bien equipado con una vista fabulosa. Camas grandes, muy cómodas y la ropa blanca de excelente calidad. El gimnasio muy completo. La comida del restaurant "Cabana" muy rica también.
La baja puntuación se debe a que es imposible descansar por las noches. Frente al hotel hay un bar/restaurant llamado "Somewhere special" que todas las noches tiene música en vivo y el escenario y los potentes parlantes están al frebte del lugar, (ya que está directamente hacia la calle, sin paredes) es decir apuntando hacia el hotel. Al ser tan abierto todo, la habitación que da hacia la calle parece una disco noche traa noches. La batería hace temblar todo, realmente insoportable. Conclusión: si querés descansar y necesitás algo de silencio para dormir, o tenés el sueño liviano, este no es el lugar apropiado para tus vacaciones. Henos visto un pasajero yéndose del hotel por este motivo. Compartiría un video para demostrar el nivel de ruido insoportable, pero por este medio solo pueden compartirse fotos.

Fortunately you had fabulous employees who love what they do, and able to make you forget the despicable attitude of some. The one who cashed my payment at the reception was very smiling and pleasant, also the one who took my order at breakfast. Thank you very much for assigning me the room near the beach, very beautiful and well equipped. Will return for a longer stay.
Hi ! Some employees were quite cold, the one who checked me in and the other at check out. The young lady always in black and light skin serving at the bar, near the swimming pool never smiles. The one who took my payment and the other who took my breakfast order are excellent. The 2 concierges have a despicable and mocking character, be careful, do not come and disturb them during their discussion. The kids loved it, and we'll be back while avoiding some staff.

Staff was friendly
When check in was later, i was compensated with a later check out to make up for it. Very much appreciated. I was even called by the supervisor...that toped it off.
The room exceeded my expectations. Clean and very well maintained. Alll rooms have the best views.
Breakfast in not included but you can breakfast from a 3rd party side the pool so that was fantastic. All amennities are also available in the room to do your own thing.
I would recommend staying at this property and i will be backkk.
The staff are attentive and listen and act to your needs.

The activities at the pool, the laundry services provided , breakfast and snacks at Cabana that we partake in.. The location also awesome.

room cleanings happened only twice for our 10 day stay, on day 4 and 8. should have been every 3rd day with the amount of sand you trek in from the beach and pool. Only had 4 bath towels for both bathrooms when there were five of us and insufficient amount of toilet paper-had to ask for more twice.

The room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Loved the shower, the ocean view, the kitchen... it was spacious and clean.
Pool is too small

The location was terrific! Close enough to the airport but really close to terrific restaurants. But the view from our room was magnificent! And the condo was big, with a balcony and well-equipped kitchen. Took a cheap taxi to Izzy - my favorite restaurant of the island.
The entrance from the street did not do its justice.

The location is fantastic - beautiful beach, close to lots of attractions, and huge fancy yachts going by all the time.
I was alone and only stayed one night, but the daily resort fees would have added up if staying for a long time (and I'm not sure if the fee is per person or per room, but if my family had joined me as originally planned, this could have been a real bummer.)

Well-appointed large, beautiful 2 bedroom with ocean view. great location on Kim Sha beach with plenty of chairs and palapas. Warm, friendly staff. All around perfect vacation!

Cleanliness, facilities, beautiful beach
The noise level was very high Saturday evening with the bar across the street (Skip Jack’s Bar) and Roxy’s Beach Bar and Restaurant next door up until 1:30 to 2:00 am. The noise level made sleeping impossible.
