Table mountain views
Very old, worn down hotel. We had a 2-bed/2-bath apartment, but only one shower. Daily 2 hrs+ power cuts. Room service food was really poor too. Location far from the city centre, so would not recommend without a car. Lastly, pool and common areas looked nothing like the pictures online.

The only turnoff is the two islands built in the parking area meant to separate incoming and outgoing vehicles. They have taken so much space that some of the vehicles hit the walls or drive over the curb damaging vehicles. Its even. In 2022 I hired a 7 seater vehicle when I was staying there and It was always difficult to go through the parking booms.

I wouldn't mind to come there again anytime..the service the rooms the staff excellent and the place is amazing

Staff was very friendly. Clean and tidy appartment. Safe environment.
Some of the electric bed side lamp was broken with exposed wires. Reported on arrival and left after 5 days. Nothing was repaired. To get your deposit back is a big hassle. Still waiting after 2 months with allot of excuses.

The location is good.
The property is very run down, we last stayed there 14 years ago, and it looks like it hasn't been touched since.
A table lamp has exposed electrical connections and is a serious safety risk. If the cables deteriorate further, the whole of the lamp could be live!
Furniture is old and really shoddy, the carpet is frayed and hasn't been cleaned in a long time.
There are shelves in the bathroom and main bedroom (which have probably been broken and never replaced) missing.
The stove extractor is missing a grill, it's in a drawer- broken.
Furniture veneer has been damaged, tiles are broken or missing completely, bathroom surfaces are cracked, etc, etc.
Window lock has rusted, so they've drilled a hole in the frame and used a nail as a locking device.
Main bedroom door doesn't close properly.
Curtain missing on second bedroom and blind doesn't close out passage light completely.
Curtains in main bedroom are filthy.
All in all, there is no way the condition of the property justifies the cost.

The place was great
Every guest signs a acknowledgement that by 10pm there must be no noise at all.
But there was a guest that was making lound noises till 2am in the morning and everyone could here it but Management did nothing to sort out the problem. where was the security we all paid for this place.
and the service of the bar area was very bad the table and floor was dirty we had to call staff to clean it and they don't come to you for service i had to call them to assist us. very sad.

What I liked most was the view of the beach from the room and my room was just few steps away from the beach..

staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
sewage warnings on the beach. Given the price for the apartment and location, this was extremely disappointing and frankly a reason why we won’t return. I understand that it is not something under the control of the hotel, but since they benefit from the location and price it into their fees, they should similarly have a penalty when that is not preserved or with no prior communication to guests.

The hotel is well located and most of the stuff are friendly (exept the people in the pool restaurant)
The appartments was poor and the kitchen equipment didn‘t work.

The views and the upgraded soft furnishings . Great staff
The apartment only had two mismatched outdoor chairs - we were three people in a four sleeper unit ! The shower head kept in popping off and leaking badly . There was mildew in the shower .

The close proximity of the beach
Dirty beach and general upkeep seems to be lacking. The bed was not too comfy. The noise in the corridors is a little distracting

Location next to the beach
The place is old, poorly maintained and generally neglected. We had to have the lock mechanism replaced on the patio, lots of small issues including shower head not working, leaky taps, stained carpets & curtains. Also not having a reception close by, only a security desk (with no phone!).

the view was really beautiful no matter where we were standing the view was gorgeous also the entertaining facilities like the pool areas is stunning and the neatness Nd layout of the apartment was smart ,the cleaning staff was so kind they came every morning and made sure our apartment is clean and that was really a 10/10
what we didn’t like about the property is that it’s a holiday place where families and friends goes to have fun but during the day and in the evenings we couldn’t evens speak to each other or play some music then not just the managers but also the police or law enforcement came to our apartment almost 5-8times a day which was ridiculous because there is very petty neighbours that stays there that complains for any noise
