La atención, de todo el personal, y el ambiente familiar

La limpieza, que admite mascotas, y que uno se siente como en la casa, yo lleve mi bebé y mi mascota y parecía en mi casa, muy rico el desayuno Y la amabilidad de los dueños del lugar excepcional son un amor y de rosita ni se diga

Lo único que no me gustó es que desconectan el aire acondicionado a las 6 de la mañana y se queda uno sin aire en el día y lo vuelven a prender a las 6pm

on booking.com it states that there was a free regional breakfast included. in the morning at 8 I was in the dining area and no one offered me breakfast, and another guest was happily eating his. I asked a worker and she told me I couldn’t have any. I pointed out I booked it with it advertised as included in the price. so I ate my own food, then later on a woman appeared with breakfast, but I had already eaten. and it was unnecessarily difficult.

The husband of señora Miriam, a highly educated man, explained a lot to us, about interesting aspects of Colombian society, geography and culture. They really want that their customers feel good.

Very clean! They welcomed us with fresh juice when we arrived! In the evening when we wanted to go to the river they offered us a ride with their own vehicle and showed us where to go. Lovely place!

Friendly staff, air conditioning in the room, comfortable beds, and quiet
