The property was fantastic and Colleen was very responsive. Unit was exactly as advertised and we definitely enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony! Fort Myers Beach, however, is definitely still rebuilding after Ian. Most of the restaurants and shops are still closed but the crowds were small and beaches were all in good shape. Good luck to all those still rebuilding! This property, however, is in great shape and we would definitely stay here again!

Very clean unit, worked out great for our needs. Only small issue we had was to get the upstairs cool, the downstairs had to be freezing. After a couple days we found a happy medium to make both areas comfortable.

We love staying at Santa María when we visit FMB. It’s quiet, convenient to everything for us and has a great pool.This was our first time renting this unit and it was so clean and comfortable. Colleen is a great host and we would definitely love to come back!

The apartment is cozy and clean and close to the beach. Colleen was very fast responding and super kind and accommodating to our specific needs. I would love to stay here again. I appreciated the insurance requirement as I do have a service dog and helped with extra cleaning fees. Lovely all around!

The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. The unit was located on the 4th floor and the balcony over looks the pool area. There was a covered parking spot that has plenty of room to load and unload your vehicle. The whole complex is very clean and safe. Even though I'm an large older man that does not like to walk much, I had no problem walking to the beach. The host has a cart with beach chairs that you can use if needed. The unit it self has an upstairs large master bed room (King Bed) with a full bathroom, which includes two sinks and a walk in shower. Great water pressure and Hot water. The down stairs had another bed room (Queen bed) and a full bath room.. The Host was very responsive and was awesome to several messages we sent. This is our new favorite place and will defiantly be staying here again if available. I can see this place being booked constantly.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night out of ten due to Hurricane Ian. Our host was amazing communicating with us and arranged the return of our belonging. Will be back one day.

Property was clean and not far from anywhere you would want to go, host was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely stay again!

My daughters and I took a girl's trip to celebrate their birthdays! The condo was perfect. We all enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The condo had all of the amenities we needed, plus more. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

My family had an amazing vacation on the west coast athe property. We saw Manatees from the dock daily and it was amazing. The kitchen came fully equipped for us to prepare delicious food we brought. Even towels, fun noodles and rafts. We will be back ❤️

Great location pretty close to Lovers Key which is a better beach! South of all the crazy traffic and partiers, but still easily accessible to visit the north end of Estero. Really appreciated this property having beach amenities included. Chairs, umbrella, some toys. Nice and clean. Would stay here again!

This condo was clean, beds were comfortable and items to enjoy the beach were included. Easy walk to the beach, and so convenient to Santini plaza-shops, restaurants, and ice cream! The pool was fantastic and loved that there was a hot tub as well. Highly recommend!

The condo has everything you need. Plus it’s in walking distance from the few restaurants on this part of the island. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Highly recommend renting this unit

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our week stay at this property. The listing was just as described and perfect for our needs. The condo was clean and had all needed supplies for our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. We loved being within walking distance of so many shops, restaurants and the private beach access. We will definitely look to stay here again when we decide to visit again.

We loved Santa Maria!!!! The condo was so spacious, the kids loved they there were two floors, the beach was walking distance, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful! We ate lunch and dinner @ Sandbar Grill (walking distance). We loved the pool, the hot tub, and Colleen (our host) was awesome! Colleen’s communication was so efficient! We would 150% stay here again! Thank you Colleen!!!!

Over all great place, Colleen worked well with us , was able to get beach chairs , prior to unit being ready . Made for an extra day at the beach

The property was loud because we were near the pool. It was ok clean but the WiFi didn’t work, the master bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work and the hallways were very dirty. Minimal instructions regarding beach towels, what to do with laundry when we left. Due to construction we had to boil water to drink. The condo was very dated in general😫,

We had a nice quiet stay on the beach. Will do that again!
