Noi eravamo un gruppo di 17 persone motociclisti. La prima cosa da dire é che per arrivare al podere ci sono circa 800 metri di strada sterrata con sassi e buche. Alla sera non ci sono luci che illuminano la strada per arrivarci. Questo purtroppo nell'annuncio non è menzionato. Le stanze sono adeguate anche se potrebbero essere decorate in un modo più carino. (Questione di gusti) La doccia nel nostro bagno era sempre intasata e l'acqua della doccia con poca pressione. Essendo una proprietà adatta ad ospitare fino a 21 persone la cucina centrale purtroppo non è adatta per la preparazione di cibi per così tante persone. Fornello troppo piccolo, pentole non adatte un mish mash di un pó di tutto. Frigorifero piccolo, è vero che ogni appartamento ha una sua piccola cucina con frigorifero ma per così tante persone non è pratico in quanto bisogna passare in ogni appartamento per prendere le cose che ci sono nei vari frigoriferi. Essendo un stabile vecchio non da l'impressione di essere pulito. Questo é per quello che concerne le cose negative. In piscina non ci sono sufficienti lettini e ombrelloni. ( noi si era in 17) Per quelle positive, Maria é passata a trovarci tutti i giorni ed stata molto disponibile. La location é molto bella, ha una piscina straordinaria con una vista imprendibile. Si può mangiare in diversi luoghi, c'è un pergolato per le cene ma anche una specie di terrazza aperta con vista dove si possono fare le colazioni e gli aperitivi. Nelle vicinanze del Podere a circa un 1km e mezzo c'è un grande supermercato.

Podere Tresa hat unsere kühnsten Erwartungen übertroffen. Von überall herrliche Aussichten, zahlreiche wunderschöne Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen wie draussen. Top-Einrichtung, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die Eigentümerin Maria Laura war außerordentlich freundlich und vor allem sehr hilfsbereit. Es war ein wunderbarer unglaublich erholsamer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Landstrich

Outstanding view from the common kitchen and the swimming pool is boosting your experiences every day. Villa is equipped with everything you need, game room is engaging your kids not mentioning very good, spacious swimming pool- nobody was bored for a single minute. Location of the villa gives you also very good connection to the many beautiful cities both- in Tuscany and Umbria. What else can be said? Wish we went there one more time😁. We stayed at the residence for 1 week and the experience was beyond our expectations. What a beautiful place to be. We enjoyed everything. A fantastic pool, nice and clean rooms, plenty of room for relaxing and eating. Beautiful views around and last but not least the hospitality of our host!

We rented Podere Tresa for a family holiday (one week, 20 people). From the very first moment we were delighted by the property. We especially liked: - the location. On the hill, with fabulous views to all directions. Yet close to supermarket, restaurants etc (5-10 min drive). - the multitude of sightseeing options nearby. Orvieto, Corona, Montepulciano, Val d’Orcia, Lago Trasimeno etc are all within 30-60 min drive. This is NOT a remote location, which helps a lot, i.e. If you want to spend hal of the day sightseeing, and the rest chilling by the pool. - the large and beautifully located pool in the olive garden. - various entertainment options for kids: boule, table tenis, game room etc. - the magnificent view from the common kitchen towards nearby town; sunsets to remember! The property is divided into 4/5 different apartments. They are quite ordinary, some spacious, others less so. Narrow spiral staircases might be problematic for small kids or elderly people, but there usually is a safer option. In the end, it really doesn’t matter, because you will spend 90% of the time outside or in the comon rooms. We came as a Group of +20 people, yet it never felt crowded. The communication with the host, Maria Laura, was faultless. She helped us to organize a dinner at the house, cooked by local restaurant chef, and was available for every energency. Overall - fantastic place, 100% recommended!

Wir sind mit 5 befreundete Familien (21 Personen) angereist und waren vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Das Haus liegt auf einem traumhaft schönen Anweisen auf einer Anhöhe mit Rundumblick - ein wunderschöner Ausblick, vor allem von der Gemeinschaftsküche aus überwältigend! Für alle Erwachsenen und alle Kinder im Alter von 3-19 war es ein wundervoller Urlaub. Es gibt Plätze zum Aufhalten rund um das Haus, einen fantastischen Pool, ein tolles Grillhaus, ein Terrasse mit Blick übers ganze Tal, einen Spielraum mit Tischtennisplatte (Rundlauf möglich!), schöne Städte in der Umgebung und hervorragende Mountainbiketrails. Auch bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen und die Zimmer sind in der Nacht noch wohl temperiert. Die Vermieterin Maria Laura kümmert sich sehr gewissenhaft und kommt jeden Tag vorbei zur Pflege des Gartens und des Pools und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite z.B. was Tipps für gute Restaurants der Umgebung angeht. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Haus, hervorragend geeignet für einen Urlaub mit einer Gruppe befreundeter Familien!

Excellent communication with owner prior to arriving, and she was eager to accommodate all requests, including recommendations for a private chef (amazing)! They had everything needed for a large, extended family of 15 (including high chairs, cribs, and a playroom full of toys). The estate is charming - clean, neat, tidy, and everything is as pictured. The location is perfect and it is a short drive from many towns and points of interest. It was nice having a huge supermarket just down the road. But the giant barn doors that open in the farmhouse kitchen giving you a view of the whole valley was just perfection. Highly recommended!

We rented the whole property for 10 days for our extended family. The property is very comfortable and ensures you have a relaxing time. There are many areas where you can find your own space and large communal areas to eat and drink. All this with unparalleled views especially from the main kitchen and pool. Locally there are supermarkets, restaurants, banks and petrol stations. The best part was the warmth of the host Marie Laura. Always available to give help and dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. A return visit will be arranged. Highly recommended.

Siamo stati in 11 adulti e 6 bambini/bimbi. E' stato veramente una paradisiaca. La posizione della vila assieme alle varie possibilità di convivenza, la piscina, etc, rispecchiano perfettamente l'annuncio, direi meglio dell'annuncio ! Poi Maria Laura è veramente disponibile e ciò ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Poi, va tenuto in grande considerazione il fatto che io, non faccio mai recensioni; di paura che il posto paradisiaco venga scoperto da altri !

We had a great stay at Podere Tresa. We stayed the whole family (four generations) and three dogs. Lots of space, stunning views and fantastic location. Attentive and friendly host. Will definitely recommend.

The property is awesome, with spectacular views. The pool is amazing and provided a little relief when we hit record high temps. Awesome spot for a family reunion.

The house is really great especially the pool where we can relax with a great view of the valley. The view from the common kitchen is also wonderful, especially at sunset! The mosquito net on the window are really helpful, allowing us to sleep in a cool room. However there were a lot of mosquito on the outside so repellant might be required. A car is required as it is a bit far from the railway station (approx. 10 minutes by car) and not too low because a bit of the path are made of rocks, easily doable in an everyday car. Maria Laura was always there if we have any questions, which was really appreciable. Everybody enjoyed this week at Podere Teresa, so if you hesitate just go for it you'll have an awesome stay!

La maison et surtout la vue qu’elle offre quelque soit le point de vue sont époustouflants !!!! L’endroit est au calme mais proche de tous commerces en meme temps. Nous y avons passe une agreable semaine a 4 familles ; Maria Laura n’etait jamais loin pour venir nous depanner ou nous conseiller des sorties.

Fährt man die ungepflasterte Auffahrt hoch, sieht man ein schmiedeeisernes hohes Tor und eine Allee von toskanischen Zypressen. Mitten drin steht eine große "Finka", in deren Inneren sich drei sehr gepflegte Wohnungen mit separatem Eingang befinden, sowie eine große Gemeinschaftsküche. Aus eben dieser Küche hat man bei einem Glas Wein und leckerer Pizza aus einer nahegelegenen Pizzeria einen unvergleichlichen Ausblick auf die schönsten sommerlichen Sonnenuntergänge der Toskana. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine vierte Wohnung in einem kleinen Bungalow, ein Spielzimmer für Kinder, eine Tischtennisplatte. Der großzügige Pool ist eingezäunt, so dass auf Sicherheit für kleinere Kinder geachtet wird. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und verbreitet eine friedvolle Atmosphäre. Freundliche Vermieter, saubere Wäsche. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca.. 1500m). Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

We stayed at Podere Tresa for the entire month of June 2018. We started off the month with 5 moms and 10 kids. The villa is an amazing accomodation for that many people. At the beginning of the 3rd week we had 5 families and a total of 18 people. Every family had their own apartment that includes it's own kitchen, living room and bathroom. The accomodations are wonderful, each apartment is equiped with everthing you would need for a relaxing vacation. The main kitchen is huge and has the best view in the house. We spent many nights and mornings sitting and enjoying conversation, food, wine, coffee and the view, simply beautiful. There's 2 more outdoor seating areas to enjoy meals and those where equally impressive. The pool is fantastic! We had 10 kids who loved playing in the pool every day. There are lawn chairs with comfy cushions and nice big towels for 9 people, which was enough for our group of adults. We didn't rent a car so we walked the 35 minutes to the train station and 20 minutes to the grocery store. This made for some great excursions and memories (we found a house along the walk that had 64 turtles in the yard, kids loved it). We did take a taxi back from the train station after a long day of exploring. A few times we walked home with our groceries and a few times we stopped with the taxi on the way home from the train station. By train we explored Florence, Rome, Orvieto, Siena, Assisi and Perugia, all of them easy to get to and beautiful. If you're not up for walking to the train or store I would suggest a car. There a couple great restuarants near the train station and on the walk there. The location of the villa is amazing, on top of a hill so you get a nice breeze and it's not too hot. We could enjoy the pool every day and only a couple evenings it was hot. The house has fans for every bedroom so that helped. The owner Maria was very helpful with our vacation. We booked a year in advance and she was willing to Skype with me and show me the house and answer the million questions we had. When we arrived she gave us a great tour around the villa and even around the town showing us the grocery store, bank, gelato and restuarants. When we had an issue with something Maria was very responsive and helpful. She truely is a great host and has the most amazing villa to share. Maria also connected us with two local chefs, both of them where amazing. We would rent again, Thank you!

Everything was perfect with our stay. Very well managed House with Beautiful surroundings. The house is all by itself om a hilltop, so it's very private, but att The same time it's only a 10 minute walk down to the village with supermarket, bar etc. The poolarea is wonderful as well as The Kitchen. We were a big group of friends and we all loved Podere tresa. strong recommendations!!

Abbiamo organizzato un team building con la nostra società. Eravamo in una ventina. Le camere comode, pulite e arredate con gusto. Spazi comuni affascinanti e adatti a gruppi numerosi. Vista incantevole sulla campagna Toscana. Sebastiano, il nostro referente sul posto squisitamente gentile e professionale. Consigliato vivamente per chi ama rilassarsi e “staccare” dalla quotidianità!
