Loretto Bay development is very aesthetically pleasing in terms of the architecture and landscaping. This rental is very nicely appointed and in a central location. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and accommodating. It was enjoyable to walk on the beach and around the golf course close to Juncalito Beach. Also great food at Vista Del Mar clam shack just sourh on the beach.

It was our 3rd time in Loreto Founders Neighborhood and our 3rd rental. This time we brought our dog and very grateful this rental allowed pets.
The location is perfect if you like to be near a pool - just open the gate and voila the pool! It is a bit loud all day with children having fun, so if you want a quiet space this would not be the best spot for you. Being close to the road has its pros and cons too -- so convenient and very easy to load and unload your car but you do hear the road noise from the highway throughout the night.
The home is lovely and our favorite spot was the courtyard in the morning drinking our coffee. The birds are so enjoyable to listen to and watch them fly from tree to tree.
We were disappointed that the fountains were not operating. The gardener tried to fix but for the 4 weeks we stayed we did not have the fountain operating. Also, for a month long stay a few more towels and kitchen utensils would have been great.
My only other suggestion would be to add a cozy outdoor seating area. All of the seating outside was table and chairs -- a few lounge chairs or a couch would have been a great addition.
The walkability of the area and the beauty of the neighborhood is worth returning for again and again -- Thank you for opening your home to us!

Great location just steps to pool, lovely back patio/garden and three doors down from great Wine Bar restaurant, Cactus Liquor store and Le Bistro French restaurants (say “Hi” to Emanuelle” for us!) Owners were very responsive and we wished we could have stayed longer than our two weeks but the house is so popular that we could only get the two. Also just a four minute walk to the Sea of Cortez beach.

This is a lovely property with easy access to everything you need. The owners obviously have a flair for the artistic and I love the ingenious way the wall hangings have been hung.

We happened to be there when it was quite and not a lot of people. The store and a restaurant were just around the corner with good food and wine. Morning strolls along the beach every morning. This rental delivered!! I would go back again.

Nice and comfortable. Great location backing onto the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything works well except dishwasher seems to be on its last legs. Owner and property manager in Loreto Bay, Ramon at RPM Management, are very responsive to questions and issues. We had a lovely stay!

The owners made it easy to figure out navigation from the airport to the property. It was nice to have the pool right outside the back patio. And The Wine Cellar and Le Bistro were just steps away. I would stay here again with my family.

Just as advertised, this Casa was in the perfect location for our family’s stay in Loreto Bay. Steps from the pool and lots of close options for dining, drinks and more. We hope to be staying here again next time!

Loved the location but felt the entire casa could have been cleaner. Blankets and pillows had not been washed. Extra sheets were too thrown in a drawer, not even folded. Lacked proper maintenance, though we got quick response from property manager on several issues.

If you're looking to relax, this is the place to go. The bedrooms are spacious, the combination of outdoor and indoor living spaces are refreshing, and the access to the beach and pools are unbeatable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

House and location is perfect But towels wee dirty in laundry room
Kitchen wasn’t clean and beds were not made when I tried to make the bed I found sheets in the closet unfolded and sheets did not fit the bed they were to small
Shower had a used soap
People who cleans needs to be supervised
Cleaning fee is not worth it

Lovely home, perfect location with pool just outside back gate and good restaurants a few steps away. Very responsive owners. Lots of different spots in home to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Hope we can return soon!

Awesome location for a family
We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed vibe and ease of Loreto Bay. The home has an amazing location having the pool right off the back courtyard. Nothing is a far walk and we felt very safe walking around any time of day or night. The house was very comfortable and we would highly recommend this home.

Great potential!
This casa is in a great location and is nearby many amenities (pool out the back door, restaurants, and the beach is only a stones throw away). We. were met with a few issues when we arrived, as the kitchen sink required repairs, hot water tap on one of the sinks in the main ensuite didn't work, as well as the dishwasher. The property manager was quite diligent in having the kitchen sink repaired when contacted. The interior lighting is on the dark side, especially in the evenings, and could use some brightening up.
Brent and Monie were very pleasant to deal with and made us feel welcome. Overall, we grew comfortable with the place and enjoyed our stay there.

A taxi is $20 dollars each way so if you want to do some exploring and go to downtown Loreto
Several times it makes sense to have a car.

French Bistro “Le Bistro” breakfast lunch and dinner and live entertainment Some nights
Overall is was a great stay and an amazing value

We loved our stay at this colourful casa. Being right by the pool is a huge bonus, as is being steps away from two local restaurants. The house is nicely furnished, the kitchen well stocked, the beds super comfy, and the eclectic artwork is charming. We’ve already booked a return visit.
