Parfait mis à part quelques détails : flexible de douche défectueux, dysfonctionnement de la télécommande de TV (aucune chaîne internationale malgré notre réclamation).

The apartment was really nice and clean but the tv was very small. The pool was great. Unfortunately we couldn't sleep since the beds were to soft. Also there was a lot of noise at night. The outside fan for the central air conditioning was on the balcony outside the master bedroom and was clearly audible in the master bedroom. Then there was a cupboard outside of the apartment, just outside the other bedroom, with water meters for each apartment on the floor, that started ticking very loudly every night between around 2 am until 4 am and made an awful noise. Also there were a lot of dogs barking in the area at night. Sadly we had to leave two nights earlier from the apartment since we couldn't sleeep. We had really not expected this since the apartment had good reviews and looked really nice.

The apartment was lovely, the local agent met us despite our being over 2 and a half hours late due to flight delay. We thought the apartment was great, a couple of minor niggles that probably wouldn't bother many people were that the parasol on the roof was too insubstantial to stand up to the coastal breeze and didn't cast enough shade to enable us to sit on the roof terrace during the day, and that no cleaning products (washing up/laundry liquid) were provided, even though the apartment details asked us to wash the beach towels. Also, there was no hairdryer. Some of this probably wouldn't bother most people but for such a short stay we were travelling light with hand luggage only so didn't have much space. Fuseta was easy to find our way around and we enjoyed the local food and a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend the apartment and the area to anyone looking for a Portugal break based in a quieter area in the Algarve. We didn't use the train on this visit but it's so close that anyone staying for longer could easily travel further afield to explore. A big Thank you to the owner too, whose communication and recommendations helped us make the most of our short break, I'm very envious of your Algarve hideaway.

We had a perfect stay in this apartment as a family with a three year old and a baby. Though it's also perfect for 4 adults. The apartment has everything you need in terms of tools and utensils, some things are somewhat outdated, but overall it worked well for us. The apartment is spacious, and really has it all: balcony, huge roof terrace with 360 view, swimming pool, indoor garage, and you'll easily walk into town or to the beach. Fuseta is a really nice town, many places to eat or have a coffee (with pastel de nata). Also the lunch and dinner times were not that late as compared to Spain for example, where kitchens don't open until 2 pm / 8 pm, which is critical when traveling with young kids. We also cooked in the apartment, that worked out fine too, there's a dish washer too, so all fine.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet mit ca. 120 m**2 viel Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Es sind alle Einrichtungen vorhanden, die man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit einem Blich aufs Meer. Die riesige Dachterrasse konnten wir leider noch nicht nutzen, da das Wetter im April nicht warm genug war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Mit der Bahn kann man die Umgebung auch ohne Auto stressfrei und kostengünstig erkunden. Fuseta ist noch unberührt vom Massentourismus. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Having spent a week with our younger family members in the West Algarve, my wife and I chose to visit the East for a few days "recuperating"! And what a good decision it was all round. Helen's apartment proved very spacious for the 2 of us, and being 2 bedroomed (1 double & 1 twin) with 2 bathrooms, would also suit a family or similar. Very clean with all you need for home cooking etc ( but why bother- see later!). Good-sized rooms throughout and an absolutely huge roof space with lovely views. It does have a narrow spiral staircase for accessing which may prove difficult for some however. The balcony with patio doors is large enough not to worry about this though, again with views of the Formosa and the pool for the smallish complex, which is of a good size..and I also found it warmer than expected! There is also a lift at the complex entrance which made it easy for luggage handling. There are plenty of choices to eat out in Fuzeta at extremely good prices (had to double check the bill at a couple of the places as I was sure they'd missed things off!).And the local mini market was reasonable too. The beaches are beautiful as is the rest of the Rio Formosa, and we spent a wonderful day sightseeing in Tavira using the local train as transport (cheap and on time too!). And finally, thanks to Helen for all her help and advice from start to finish. A definite thumbs up for any future visit to this part of the world!

The location is great and the city is one of those places that is not packed with tourists so you can really get to feel the local area and get to speak to locals. The apartment exceeded our expectations - spacious, clean and has everything what you might need for your comfortable stay. It even has a considerable size of interesting books that you can read while lying on the sandy beach! The pool area is clean and tidy and the block itself is quiet with spacious balconies where you can enjoy your evening meal at the apartment in the enjoyably cool evening weather. There is a massive roof terrace where you can enjoy the heat in the sun if you feel too lazy to go the beach! The views from the terrace are breath taking! I would highly recommend this location and especially the apartment and I bet you won't regret it!

The apartments are first class and Helen ensured everything was perfect on our arrival. They are large and there is everything in them that you would need at home let alone on holiday. The pool is large and regularly cleaned. We went in the school holidays and never struggled for a sun bed, it really is fairly quiet at times round the pool. Fuseta is an unspoilt part of the Algarve, so perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children 12 and 14. Lots to do if you bother to look and find out, there is a train station 2 minutes walk away which can take you to other towns, a beach in the other direction 2 minutes walk away, where you can paddle board or kayak. Another beach a 5 minute boat ride away. You can hire bikes and there is a cycle track plus lots more. The food is wonderful in my opinion, lots of fish, but there is other food, and so very very reasonable. This isn't for those seeking a crazy nightlife, but if you are looking for the real thing, or a place where you can also explore other towns, then this is for you.

Absolutely fantastic very well equipped spotlessly clean apartment and a TV with English channels and wifi included is an added bonus. Perfect location whether you are looking for a great meal out, a trip on the train or for food shopping as there is a very well stocked local supermarket within a short stroll. Can't wait to return and would definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cet appartement très spacieux et bien aménagé avec une connexion WIFI excellente. La région est belle et le climat à cette période de l'année y était très agréable. Cependant nous faisons 2 petites remarques : Nous Français qui aimons faire de la bonne cuisine regrettons le manque de récipients du style grande cocotte ...... La 2ème remarque concerne les aboiements incessants des chiens des voisins..... Nous recommandons toutefois vivement ce logement et avons apprécié la gentillesse de la propriétaire et l'écoute de la personne de l'agence parlant Français.

Stayed in this lovely, spacious, modern and comfortable apartment at beginning of August for a week, couldn't fault apartment one bit, so comfortable with everything you need, Fuzeta is a beautiful, friendly, safe and cheap location to stay in and ideal for every age. We'll be back! :)

My wife and I were desperately in need of a relaxing week away in the sun and Fuzeta ticked all the boxes – a laid back, authentic village with all amenities within easy reach. The apartment was beautiful – spacious, spotless, peaceful with stunning sea views. The beach is amazing, the local food is gorgeous and incredibly good value. Before we went, we didn't know Fuzeta was a working fishing-village, so there's fresh fish every day in the local restaurants and market, as well as great steaks and BBQ options. Honestly. a week's is too short - we will be back.

We spent 4 fabulous months in this spacious well equipped apartment. It is conveniently located close to the train station, beach and market. The rooftop terrace affords 360 degree views of the surrounding village and ocean. The property is secure, clean and well maintained. The only drawback is the neighbors dogs that bark constantly. We would recommend this property as a destination to spend an extended holiday.

Fuzeta is a lovely fishing village, the apartment is well placed to access the village and train station. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. Helen the owner was very helpful and responded very quickly to all emails. I would recommend Fuzeta and this property to anybody.

We had a fantastic time in Fuzeta. The apartment had everything you would need for a perfect holiday. There were lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance and the beaches were beautiful. We really enjoyed going to the tapas restaurant on the square. We are planning to return next year because we had such a lovely holiday. Helen was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend both the apartment and the area.

large, well furnished 2 bed apartment in pleasant quiet fishing village easy access to beach and centre Square and train. Lovely roof terrace, sunny but breezy when we were there in early March, limited sunshine on the front balcony due to time of year, would make excellent summer apartment as is very cool. We enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend.
