Superb Villa. Very well laid out with plenty of space and facilities for the 6 of us. The property, pool and grounds were spotlessly clean and have obviously been well looked after. A credit to both the owners and maintainers. We would happily return. Positioned in a central location between Carvoeires and Portimao. Overall a top quality Villa for a top quality holiday. Thanks to all who helped to make it so enjoyable.

The neighbourhood! They are very nice! They come in the house sometimes.

We left the house on Sunday and left everything tide, we collect all the rubbish in plastic black bag, that we bought and left beside the garden because don’t have place outside to put it and that was all! They even tell us that we should take the rubbish with us. (It’s looks like a joke) Considering that we booked the house for 4 couple (8 people) and because of the pandemic restrictions we were just 2 couple (4people) and they don’t want give back 300€ of security deposit. Really, it’s not fair at all! I am very very disappointed! Never never I going to book a house again!

The property is spacious and clean. With plenty of dining places. The beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms, bearing in mind the property is four bedrooms. However you are incredibly close to the neighbours and therefore it is inconvenient for the neighbours if one is to enjoy the outdoor seating areas or swimming pool facilities in this house.

The house is too close to the neighbours. It’s also very pricey considering. Not to mention the steep deposit that isn’t returned to you in 7 days as promised.
