Camera e cucina tutto ben organizzato, la cucina era adorabile di ultima concezione. frigor con bevande fresche gratuite, snack pronti ed ogni tipo di utensile e pentolame per poter cucinare in autonomia Riscaldamento a pavimento in tutta la camera Ottimo il bagno, con il necessario già fornito (spazzolino, dentifricio, shampoo e tante salviette) doccia calda e getto forte ottimo per me Terrazza ampia (peccato che piovesse, ma in estate sarebbe il top) Posto auto in loco parcheggi strada (zona molto tranquilla) o se disponibile al coperto presso la struttura, disponibilità di ricarica per auto elettrica. Posto residenziale nuovo e super silenzioso. Camera ultra silenziosa e confortevole, il letto è andato oltre le mie aspettative non comodo ma di più. Ottimo il ristorante a 10 minuti di strada, piatti tipici e di carne unici. Propietari gentilissimi.

Nice little 1-room apartment with everything you need for a short trip. The area is lovely for a hike and very close to Schwäbisch Hall to explore. The big terrace would have been great for a breakfast outside, if the weather had been warmer already. And the infrared cabin offers a bit of an extra spa feeling for the cold days.

Relatively bad WiFi, streaming is a challenge.

Apartment locates in a new residental area of the Schwäbisch Hall. Building, apartment and furnitures were brand new and perfectly clean. Bed was comfortable. There were nice walking or biking paths nearby. Due to both the calmness of the area and the good isolation, apartment was so quiet. Karin is a friendly and very nice host, she is always ready to help you. Hope to spend a lovely time again there.

Comfortable, clean, modern and well equipped apartment in a new residencial area. I rent this apartment in Schwäbisch Hall for one month, to attend my German course at the local Goethe Institut. I could daily reach the centre of Schwäbisch Hall walking for about 15’ in a silent and relaxant pathway for pedestrians. Mrs Karin is a discrete and friendly landlady, and helped me to “acclimate” to Germany. The apartment has a pleasant balcony where I could have my breakfast, do my homework, read a book and relax. Night sleeping was undisturbed and restful. Drinks were in the fridge at our arrival, for our wellcome aperitive. Towels are changed weekly. The apartment is suitable for a couple. Beautyful surrounding hills are of special interest for people who like cycling, jogging or walking. I recommend this apartment.

Absolutely nothing to blame!

The apartment was perfectly suited for my two weeks stay in Schwäbisch Hall. It was very clean and the owners are extremely friendly. The scenery around the paved walkway through the woods from the apartment to downtown was simply breathtaking.
