Our travel plans changed due to events outside our control. The host was very responsive to a few itinerary changes. Very patient!

We were very happy with the unit location wise and how it was furnished. The welcome gentleman was extremely helpful and very cordial. Very well organized for long term rentals.

The property is located near the beach and a short walk from parte viaje. The apartment felt secure and had a lot of storage for luggage and clothes. It was spacious and had nice bathrooms. It was a bit stuffy, however, even with the windows open and floor fans. There was no air circulating and it was very warm. Also, each guest only had one towel and one pillow, so we had to do a load of laundry during our 6-night stay. We also had to bring/buy our own beach towels and umbrella. The bathroom sink for the larger room did get backed up over the weekend, but the property manager came with a plumber to fix it Monday morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this location.

Great location. Short on amenities- no condiment’s very limited toiletries. only 1 towel each for 5 days, no beach towels or beach chairs. From photos thought we had a long balcony with ocean view but that was nor the case. No balcony, no ocean view. Very stuffy n warm. That said the bathrooms were fantastic and it was great to have the living room and dining room in addition to the small bedrooms. The host was great! Highly recommend.

Apartment was in a perfect location. We had all of the amenities we needed in the apartment it was very well equipped and maintained. Check in was extremely smooth thanks to Gabriel, he was very attentive and was happy to help in any way that he could. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Will return to this rental next time!

It was our first trip to San Sebastián and it won’t be the last. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms, and the layout was very efficient. We were very happy with our choice, Property is in an amazing location, beach access is just across the street. Everything was perfect upon our arrival, amenities to spare, just as described, with everything we would need and much more to have a great time. As Host, Aitor was very professional, and was prompt to answer all our questions. We loved the place and for sure will come back." Thank you

Fabulous apartment in fabulous location. A hop skip and a jump to restaurants, stores, train/bus stations and to the beautiful La Concha Beach. Great service! Because we missed our train, we had to reschedule when we would arrive and the Manager was very accommodating. The only issue we experienced was related to the apartment temperature. Although there were numerous fans throughout the apartment, because the weather was unseasonably hot the temperature in the apartment was warmer than we would have preferred. We would highly recommend this rental unit.
