La ubicación céntrica y la dueña muy amable

El parqueadero es bodega de todo y se ve desordenado. Me parece caro en comparación al tipo de hotel que es

las habitaciones muy comodas y limpias, el personal atento.

El lugar es muy cercano al centro de Pasto.

La habitación es suficiente y muy poco para el precio que cobran. En realidad, lo mejor simplemente es la ubicación. La recepcionista fue amable y las comodidades son las mínimas. La ducha estaba dañada. Alguien (creo que personal del hotel) empezó a poner vallenato y a silbar a las 4am. Luego, se escuchaba música a las 6am. No dejaban dormir.

The attention from the staff was truly excellent: we arrived very early, but they let us leave our bags in a nice, safe place, which allowed us to take a day trip outside of the city and not be restricted by check-in/out times. On top of this, they were super friendly and helpful with information, directions, arranging taxis, and generally making us feel welcome in the city.

The hotel is located in a great part of the city.....but, unfortunately, surrounded by bars, so it was pretty noisy at night. If you're a light sleeper, 100% bring earplugs.

The staff was really nice and looking forward to helping me with my requests. The breakfast was good, however, there was no fruit at the time I went to get it.

The room was too small. Almost no space to move around.

The staff were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. We parked in the secure underground garage. The hotel is near a park and shops. We had 2 dogs with us and it worked out well. Nice hot shower. Our room was quiet.

The shower head was not working well so we removed it. No elevator but we were on the second floor so worked out fine.
