We accomodated for one night, the communication with host was perfect, there was a nice terace and the place was very clean.

We couldn't find here any cuttlery or at least a cup or mug for a morning coffee or a kettle. Nevertheless there was a microwave. The water pressure at the shower was very low because the hose for the shower head was a little bit broken.

A great value for money

the apartment was very very clean, cleaned daily. the host was nice and very responsive. there were some very nice restaurants in the area, it is peaceful and outside of all the fuss around the lake.

a little bit noisy from the train and a bit dark. no kitchen at all, which we expected, but we were hoping to have at least kettle in the common area.

Relatively basic accommodation but it had all that we needed for one night

Really nice place with a really nice host. Good options to park on street for free. The room was spacious, newly refurbished, modern but also cosy, nice and clean bathroom. Really liked it

It's close to quite a busy road, but it's ok, it's not loud, it's just that the surrounding isn't that nice for walking.

New and cute apartments quite near to the Garda lake and Peschiera town center with a lot of restaurants (bakery, bar and take away pizza are 50 m away from the apartment). Includes 10 % discount to the amazing restaurant La Terrace which is owned by the hosts (we had 3 amazing dinners there). Gardaland, Movieland and other parks are 5-10 mins away by car (I think it's even walkable). Rooms are cleaned very often. We were very pleased and hope to come back soon!

The fridge was little bit to loud during night but could be moved to bathroom. Kettle was not in the room when we arrived but we got it 2 days later. Wifi was very weak or didn't work at all in our double room. Changing towels every 3-4 days would be nice. Be aware that it does not include kitchen (just fridge and kettle) or breakfast.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The location of the property was right beside the main road which was not a problem if we didn't have to wait in the street for almost an hour. Even if I communicated my exact arrival time through Email with the owner, no one was there to attend to us. Luckily, the neighbor was very helpful and friendly to inform the owner that we arrived.
